An older friend recommended CBD oil as an energy booster & “rejuvenator”. I tried some from Holland & Barrett that was a bit harsh but thought that it was relieving stress while I underwent prostate treatment. On the basis of an Independant newspaper review I decided to try Bud & Tender 10%. It’s pleasantly aromatic and a 0.25ml dose daily makes a real difference to my mood. Not sure it helps with my arthritis but would definitely recommend it for stress relief.

Ten days on 20% CBD oil from Bud and Tender
The staff at Bud and Tender are fantastically helpful and the CBD oil arrived as soon as possible after ordering. It’s beautifully presented and easy to use.
I would like to review again in due course since I’ve only been using the 20% oil for 10 days and this isn’t long enough to truly evaluate its effectiveness.

✳️ And you are completely right, supplementing for a period of time i.e. at least a month (well done for establishing a routine for the 10 days you have been using the CBD oil) and this is NOT a ‘sales thing’ (as we all don’t like that sort of thing here), it takes time for your body’s endocannabinoid system to register the onboarding of plant cannabinoids 🌱 i.e. CBD to top up deficient human produced cannabinoids – endocannabinoids. It all boils down to a couple of key things: the amount you take, the frequency you take and finally, over what time period (ideally a month+) with always with the view in mind of reducing each element and supplementing when your body needs it.

Aches gone and sleep improved

This CBD oil is the best I could find…
This CBD oil is the best I could find to help me with my muscle pain. I suffer from arthritis and fibromyalgia and I tend to take a lot of medication for it, but still a lot of the times I am not able to have a good night sleep because of the pain. After trying different cbd oils my son advised me to order this one which I did and I couldn’t be happier. It’s the only one to actually help with the muscle pain, and give me a good night sleep. I am very happy with the product, and I will keep on ordering it, and recommend to any person with arthritis to give it a try.

Great for my sciatic pain
I have now bought two bottles of 20% CBD oil after reading reviews in the Independent. I have developed a degenerative spine condition which gives me serious sciatic nerve pain and my consultant suggested CBD oil as a complimentary therapy to my prescription drugs. I take 0.25ml of CBD each morning and after about a week it made a real difference to the pain but had no other effects on me. I would really recommend it.

And as you know, and have proven! there are ways to make it more manageable.

I/we are just so happy that you have navigated to a better place – it is possible 🙂
But, I do know, it is exhausting ‘managing’ pain.
✳️ Also, just really well done for demonstrating to all of us the power of mental strength and positive actions – a timely reminder for all of us! (me included).
✳️ Yes, the journalists, editors, at both the Independent and the Guardian newspapers have been very interested in our work and supportive of what we do so I’m really pleased to learn that these opinions managed to find their way to you.
✳️ So, 0.25ml of Bud & Tender broad-spectrum CBD oil is 50mg of CBD, minor cannabinoids, flavonoids and terpenoids (not to be confused with some other CBD oils that just contain the signal cannabinoid, CBD -perfect for some occasions – but as you know, there are different levels of quality! And actually, I take that amount at the end of a busy week just to relax/reset/calm down/recover/prep to enjoy the weekend and (my wife won’t like me saying this) takes the same to help her manage the menopause – but the two key points being here…
1) The method of supplementation is key – under the tongue, leaving the CBD oil to soak in to the soft mucus tissues for at least 3-5 minutes and don’t have anything to drink or eat afterwards for at least 20 minutes so that all the residual compounds soak in – which you’ve nailed 👊

2) The frequency. Yes, some times the human body (and we’re all different, have different endocannabinoid tones) requires supplementation for a longer period of time so that the bodys endocannabinoid system receptors ‘register’ that you are supplementing with ‘plant cannabinoids’ i.e. CBD extracted from the Hemp plant making up for the lack of endocannabinoids that are NOT being produced by the human body (when they should be) and…(sorry, I’ll get to the point)…this can take some time for the body to register the ‘on boarding’ of CBD and that can be up to 2 weeks. So as you’ve proven, keep a diary of how many times you supplement and day and for how many weeks, allows you to navigate to a better place reducing/increasing the amount/frequency as required as you only need to supplement when you need to – as you’ve proven 🎉

Will be using it forever
I am now on my 6 th bottle of Bud and Tender CBD oil and I think I’ll probably be using it forever.
I can’t believe how well it works to help alleviate my arthritis and fibromyalgia pain.
When I first started taking it, I took it everyday and after 4 days the pain had almost gone completely. Not only that but I felt really well my anxiety had lessened and I felt much brighter.
After my second and subsequent bottles I only take it every few days, but the effect is the same.
In my opinion it’s worth every penny, I would recommend anyone to try it.

We absolutory, totally, totally understand how that feels, what you’ve had to go through, what you still have to ‘manage’ and the Good News is, as you’ve proven…with patience, persistence, care and some support (this is all down to your strength and you know we are always here to talk things through) you can... you can reach a better place to ‘manage’ it 🙂
Any only yesterday we were with Sandra – our fibromyalgia ambassador – who now helps so many others navigate to a better place based on all her experience of managing fibromyalgia and arthritic pain as so many people do suffer for too long.
You are a superstar 🙂
