Hello to Fabulous Friday Dawn 🙂
Thank you so much indeed for making time for us. We always say it takes great effort to make time to share Good News so a VERY BIG thank you for your kind words and 5-Star approval 🙏
Ok, we are here to give you as much support as we can!!!
✳️ As you have just started to supplement with our CBD oil please do use us, take advantage of our time and we’ll be more than happy to share helpful hints and tips or just a general chat over supplementation.
✳️ Sometimes it can be quite an art at finding:
🌱 the right serving size i.e. number of milligrams of CBD to take
🌱 the frequency i.e. the number of times to take CBD oil per day/per week
🌱 starting with a large serving size & frequency to then taper it down over a period of time
🌱 And all in line with the reason why you are supplementing with plant cannabinoids (CBD) in the first place.
So, please, please do contact us: info@budantender.com and we are more than happy to arrange a day and time to have a chat to just talk things over with you if you would like a bit of help and support.
Learning that a friend felt we were worthy of a recommendation is amazing so thank you for letting us know as the majority of our customers find Bud & Tender through a recommendation as we are very poor at marketing 😂 but just loving researching and working on the plant & product that we produce.
Have a lovely weekend Dawn and please do drop us an email with any questions, thoughts or a request for a chat and we’ll jump to it 🙂
A BIG, BIG thank you from the Bud & Tender team.

Great product and good customer care
I contacted Bud and Tender to get get advice on the use and strength of the product that I should take. They were very knowledgeable and provided all the information I needed to make a decision about taking the product.
They even offered a sample to try at a reduced cost. As the holidays were close they managed to get it to me for the next day. Impressive service.
I have subsequently bought a full size bottle and have started to take a low dosage. As per their suggestions I will build up to the optimum dose over time.

Odpowiedź od Bud & Tender®
Dear Lyndsey, good morning 🙂
Thank you so much indeed for your 5-Star review 🙏
''Tried bud & tender oil and can now relax at bedtimes and get a good night's sleep'' 🙌🏻
✳️ Stopped smoking 🎉
Someone here in the office went through what you are going through a couple of years ago and as we know, it’s not easy but actually, it was far easier than he thought to quit smoking!!!
Why?
Well, the body’s endocannabinoid system (ECS) is a biological system that is involved in regulating a range of cognitive and physiological processes.
Including,
➤ Sleep
➤ Pain
➤ Pleasure
➤ Mood
➤ Appetite
....................and much more….
If your endocannabinoid tone is low, you can potentially have health issues arising.
And all the above are impacted in either a good and bad way - depending on how you look at it - when you are either smoking or quitting smoking.
The endocannabinoid system is trying to find homeostasis within the body, it is unable to achieve this if you are low in HUMAN cannabinoids! 🤓
Many inputs contribute to each person’s state of homeostasis including: genetics, nutrition, physical fitness, mental health and environmental factors.
The endocannabinoid system (ECS) is a complex of enzymes, signalling lipids, and the CB1 and CB2 receptors.
The ECS is integral to the functioning of the hypothalamus, a critically important gland located within the brain.
The hypothalamus maintains a balance between the endocrine and nervous systems—another instance of homeostasis.
✳️ So is summary Lyndsey you are 100% right to supplement with plant 🌱 cannabinoids when your body is experiencing a change and will be low in human cannabinoids (endocannabinoids).
As I write this, I've got to say (and I know that you'll only read this/this far down) I'm very proud of what you've done and the way you said, 'I've stopped smoking', because you've found the strength to do so and I really admire that 🙂
If you need any help when you supplement with our 10% broad-spectrum CBD oil then please do let us know.
Thank you so much from all of us at Bud & Tender for finding time to share your story and give us a 5-Star review - it means so much to all of us so a VERY BIG THANK YOU 🙂

‘a quality product truly’ 🙏
✳️ You’re supplementing with our 20% strength, broad-spectrum CBD oil 🙂 with 2,000 milligrams of CBD in a 10ml bottle + other minor cannabinoids on top and because it is a premium broad-spectrum CBD cannabis oil that’s been carefully and gently produced maintaining the natural profile of the plant as much as possible, the natural flavonoids and terpenoids have been maintained 🙌🏻 and that gorgeous flavour…..100% natural – nothing added 🙂
We are truly humbled to hear from you and that you FELT we were worthy of you time to share Good News with.
✳️ We know, and have always said, it is far harder to share Good News then it is to make a negative comment because giving Praise, where it is due, or helping someone takes effort and time and what you have done is not lost on us at all so a VERY BIG THANK YOU 🙏
If you need any help or support as you supplement with Bud & Tender then please do let us know.
It also sounds like you have got the serving size - number of milliliters to draw up in to the glass pipette - spot on as well as the frequency - number of times a day/week - spot on, so well done you!

20%CBD OIL
I’ve have tried so many CBD oils in the past. Bud & Tender is more pricey compared to other brands but it is the BEST CBD oil on the market with exceptional quality. It helps me with anxiety, migraine, sleeping, depression and all my aches and pains. I am a regular customer now and I really can’t imagine my life with this oil. I highly recommend it to everyone who want to feel better and doesn’t want to waste their money on cheaper brands with poor quality! Thank you Bud & Tender for making my life better and thank you for sending me a discount code every month. You’re the best!

Hello to a Sunny Morning M.A. ☀️
‘’It helps me with anxiety, migraine, sleeping, depression and all my aches and pains’’ 🎉 🎉 🎉
✳️ And, by supplementing with our 20% strength CBD oil = 2,000 milligrams of CBD in a 10 millilitre bottle or 6,000 milligrams of CBD in a 30 millilitre bottle…you have proven…you have absolutely smashed it in achieving the right serving size [0.25 millilitres on the glass pipette scale = 50mg of CBD per serving…you could be taking more or less than this]…as well as the frequency [number of times a day] to manage your endocannabinoid tone deficiency.
The above means you are taking a higher concentration of CBD in a very small amount of over all CBD ‘oil’…i.e. liquid under your tongue…makes for such a nicer experience…and Bud & Tender CBD oil tastes nice too…100% natural as well 🌱 🙂
✅ Price & Monthly Discount Code for Returning/Existing customers

£10 Joke-Just got the £10 trial bottle what a…
Just got the £10 trial bottle what a rip off the bottle is the size of my thumb nail
22 lutego 2022
Odpowiedź od Bud & Tender®
Dear det, hello and good morning 🙂
We are really sorry to read how you are feeling and what you are thinking.
Please rest assured that the information I’m about to share with you might help to go some way towards reassuring you that you have not been ripped off 🙂
🌱 A BIG thank you to begin with,
You purchased our 1 millilitre 10% strength [100 milligram CBD] CBD oil sample bottle.
It is a 1 millilitre sample of our 10% strength CBD oil 10 millilitre bottle that we currently sell for £80
(£80 / 10 millilitres = £8 per millilitre – we always give a saving when some purchases a larger bottle)
🌱 Please don’t be deceived by the size of the bottle. We agree with you it is a small bottle – it contains a generous 1 millilitre of CBD oil – and the strength is 10%, which means that it contains 100 milligrams of CBD.
We know and understand that when it comes to purchasing CBD oil it can get confusing and we are always here to help, please don’t ever hesitate to email in: info@budandtender.com or give us a call 🙂
The size of the bottle is not the most important consideration when it comes to purchasing CBD oil.
✳️ What is key is…
1) How many milligrams of Cannabidiol (CBD) is in the bottle of CBD oil i.e. what % strength is the CBD oil
For example. The Bud & Tender 10% strength sample bottle – which contains 1 millilitre of CBD oil [which is 1000 microliters] – has 100 milligrams of CBD in it [there are 1000 milligrams in 1 gram] so, 100 / 1000 = 10% making it a 10% strength CBD oil which is good for first time use when supplementing a small endocannabinoid system/tone deficiency.
🌱 So the summary on this point is no matter how small or large the bottle is, the important thing is how many milligrams or grams of CBD are contained within said bottle and what is the confirmed % strength.
The reason why this is so important is because when it comes to supplementing CBD oil, the key thing to know is how many milligrams of CBD you are consuming per serving i.e. each time you take some and put it under your tongue. Too little and the body’s endocannabinoid system (ECS) will take a very long time to register it when factoring in things like bioavailability.
🌱 The ideal experience when supplementing is to have a small amount of CBD oil liquid held under your tongue with a high concentration of cannabinoids, terpenoids and flavonoids (a bit more on this is a bit).
For example,
🌱 Bud & Tender 10% strength CBD oil 10ml bottle contains 1000mg of CBD and in each 0.25 millilitre serving you consume 25mg of CBD
🌱 In Bud & Tender 20% strength CBD oil 10ml bottle contains 2000mg of CBD and in each 0.25 millilitre serving you consume 50mg of CBD
2) What type of CBD oil is it
3) What other minor cannabinoids are contained within the CBD oil
Both of the two considerations are intrinsically linked,
🌱 What type of CBD oil is it…
There many different types of CBD oils.
🌱 Bud & Tender CBD oil is a premium ‘broad-spectrum’ CBD oil that contains other minor cannabinoids as well as terpenoids and flavonoids having preserved the natural synergy found in the plant between cannabinoids, terpenoids and flavonoids, creating a boosting effect known in the industry as the 'entourage effect'. This makes Bud & Tender a highly more effective CBD Oil compared to most poorly extracted CBD oils.
A ‘broad-spectrum’ CBD oil is high quality, very effective and legal.
There are a number of things you can check to make sure you are purchasing a legal, broad-spectrum CBD oil.
- The CBD oil should contain other minor cannabinoids (more on this is a bit)
- The broad-spectrum CBD oil should NOT contain any Controlled cannabinoids (illegal cannabinoids) such as THC, CBN and THCV, these should have been removed for the CBD oil to be classified as a broad-spectrum, legal, high quality CBD Oil. To check this look for the Lab reports that should be easily accessible to view (you should not have to ask anybody to view them) before you make a purchase and what you are looking for is confirmation that the Limit of Quantification (LOQ) for the controlled cannabinoids (illegal in the UK), THC, THCV and CBN has been reported on the Certificate of Analysis (lab report) to below <0.01%...✳️ Bud & Tender premium CBD oil is actually <0.001% making it ideal for athletes or for anyone that works in the Services or anybody that has routine or random drug tests in order to carry out their job ✅
Broad-spectrum CBD oil uses refined CBD extract with the key compounds of cannabinoids and terpenes present along with trace amounts of flavonoids. The undesirable compounds of fats, lipids, waxes and chlorophyll have been removed.
🌱 What other minor cannabinoids are contained within the CBD oil…
✳️ Bud & Tender premium broad-spectrum CBD oil contains the added and additional benefits by containing the following minor cannabinoids over and above the stated amount of the main cannabinoid: Cannabidiol (CBD). Small amounts of the following cannabinoids are contained within Bud & Tender CBD oil: Cannabigerol (CBG), Cannabichromene (CBC), Cannabidivarin (CBDV) and Cannabicitran (CBT).
There are many, many other important considerations however one of the other main considerations is testing, Certificate of Analysis, Lab reports and transparency of testing i.e. testing that has taken place by an independent Laboratory.
🌱 Bud & Tender premium CBD oil is tested by an independent, specialist, ISO 17025 certified laboratory that complete and report the following tests
- Cannabinoid potency - confirms the cannabinoids that are present and the amount per gram of each.
- Heavy metals test – free from heavy metals
- Pesticides test – free from pesticides
- Microbiological Test – free from microbials
- Residual Solvents Test – free from residual solvents
- Mycotoxins Test – free from mycotoxins
- Terpenoid Test – terpenoids are present
- Flavonoid Test – flavonoids are present
Another final thing to consider is the taste (there are quite a few other things), but taste is key 🙂
✳️ Bud & Tender CBD oil is 100% natural 🌱, NO artificial flavours have been added, Bud & Tender CBD oil has a very nice, natural cannabis taste.

Hi Liz, absolutely our pleasure 🙂
We know that life is tough enough as it is (we’ve been there, we are there!) so if we can help we’ll always try our hardest to do so.
'Amazingly helpful, honest and informative' 🙏
🌱 Thank you so much indeed for making time to share your words with us and give us a 5-Star review…it means so much to all of us and we all know that it takes a lot of effort, energy, time and willingness to share Good News and on the times and days we have a ‘low’ (we all get them) it’s comments like yours that keep us going because we know just how hard it is to make time to share Positive Words.
As you supplement with the 5% and 20% strength CBD oil please do let us know if you need any further support and from what you've shared you are doing excellent job coping with so much! 🙂
Have a Mellow Monday 🙂 evening if you can and we look forward to talking to you soon.
A BIG, BIG thank you from the Bud & Tender team 👋
Sky
