Very professional heating engineers. Great expertise in all aspects of heating and plumbing, attention to every detail. Very resourceful. They designed the system for easy maintenance, all the time taking into consideration what would be the best for us, the customers. They dealt with any problems, produced a complete job and went far beyond the installation, including some carpentry, arranging support from other trades, such as plasterer, roofer, etc. They kept us fully informed of the progress and the next steps at all times. We strongly recommend Bucks Boilers Ltd.

Oli was very friendly and carried out our boiler service no problems, also booked us in very quickly.

Ollie and Mike have done two jobs for us. Firstly installing a new boiler and then installing a new water softener system. Both jobs were undertaken quickly, efficiently and professionally.

I am very grateful for Oli helping my mum on two separate occasions recently due to the cold weather. He very quickly attended her property when she had no heating and sorted the problem without delay. The second time, an outside pipe had burst and it was fixed very quickly. We had problems with radiators not heating up, were cold and difficult to balance. Generally, the heating system was not working very well at all. Spoke to Mike about the issues and reached the conclusion that a powerflush was needed (hadn't been done in years). Mike quoted for the work, clear and concise. On the day, Mike and Tommy arrived, explained what they planned to do and how long it would take. They power flushed the system, kept us informed of what they found (mostly a load of sludge!). We have 16 radiators so it took 1.5 days in total. The end result is that we have a fully operational system which heats up at more than twice the rate it did before (according to HIVE) all radiators are piping hot. They kept everything clean and tidy, all mess was tidied up. Would recommend Bucks Boilers.

Bucks Boilers came to our rescue!
We had a few boiler failures over Christmas and the New Year and the first plumber only fixed the problem temporarily.
Oli came round to investigate and had to order replacement parts - quite a lot of them sadly!
He returned about a week later and took up the fight with the boiler which was broken in many more ways than one. He had to replace seals, pipes, control board, valves and all sorts, but he did get it done. He even fixed an unrelated leak while there!
Oli was very polite and patient and took the time to explain the work being done and why. The job was completed successfully and we have a warm house again!
The cost was quite high, but you do get what you pay for.
