Buchymix Recenzje

I ordered the Buchy Mix processor in early August and received it on August 16, 2026. When I inspected it, I discovered that some of the blades were missing. I contacted a representative to request a refund or replacement because I was already experiencing several issues with the product. I was assured that the missing blades would be shipped to me.
I used the processor once, but when I tried it again the next day, the blade was not rotating properly. I recorded a video showing the problem and shared my disappointment with the product. Since then, I have received no response or follow-up. The customer service has been disappointing and ineffective.

ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. Terrible customer service!
I purchased the Buchymix commercial blender which developed a fault less than 2 years after purchase. I was told at the point of sale that it comes with a 3-year warranty.
When I contacted Buchymix, the staff were rude and dismissive. They told me the blender cannot be fixed and that the warranty is actually only 1 year. So misleading.
For such an expensive product, a 1-year warranty is unacceptable. I feel completely cheated. Save your money and buy a Vitamix instead. I do not recommend Buchymix at all.

All the products I bought from buchymix are performing great

The product is very good and high level of costumer service was quick and they answered all my questions

Great product . Loving it

The material used for the oven seems to be substandard the oven trays are like low budget aluminium zincs, I only used the oven twice since I got it and am already regretting as the internal part of the oven and it’s tray are not non.stick or even grease free . It’s so poorly designed inside outside looks very beautiful easy clean but the inside is the opposite. And I can’t get hold of those custom service teams.

I used the product and I got the expected result.

It quite okay

The service was top-notch, all my orders were delivered to in a few days.

Am sad, am very sad because am not enjoying my BJ15 juicer instead I just pack it away. The problem is it doesn't release all the juice as it should it just remains in the jug. Under the pulp dispenser gets blocked so I have to detach each time then attach back and by so doing everything spills 😭😭🫩honestly for such expensive juicer am disappointed.
What do I do at this point?

Great product, timely delivery. 👌 👍

I’m glad with this buchymix blender, it blends really well and it feels good quality. I have used it for my smoothies and it works really well, definitely worth the money.

Good information on the website to help with choosing the correct blender. Process straight forward and I was excited that the product arrived quickly and is doing the job brilliantly!

I really give it to you guys. I will do business over and over with buchymix.
