Everything from dispatch time, price and very well packaged items wrapped in recyclable paper then put in a box. Would highly recommend.

Most importantly the shipping cost was very reasonable to Australia, unlike the exorbitant shipping fees on eBay. Bought a toy from them that turned out to be defective. They insisted that they had tested it before sending (which by the state of the toy could not have been true) and refused to allow me to send it back to be replaced by them, only offering me a £5 refund off my next order, which I am unlikely to make with them anyway after this response.

Website is easy to use and orders are packed and shipped pretty fast. Only negative is that aramex was used as the courier when my order arrived, aramex is the worst courier to exist and are a pain to deal with.
