I hired a solicitor from Bloomsbury Square Employment Law to assist in the negotiation of a settlement agreement. I was asked to pay up front for the service which I duly did and was told that the reimbursement from my organisation who agreed to cover part of my legal costs would be reimbursed to me once my organisation had paid the invoice. The time frame for payment was 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for this reimbursement almost 2 months later.

I have made so many calls to Bloomsbury Square Law to get updates or information about the reimbursement that I have lost count. I have left 4 different messages with reception, accounts payable and other members of the team explaining the situation and each and every single one of them has failed to call me back. I have also reached out to my solicitor Allison Grant who added me on WhatsApp during the settlement agreement negotiations who has so far made 2 empty promises of contact, updates or information. I feel really let down and am frankly appalled with the client service especially given the costs involved for the services rendered. I can honestly say that I would not recommend them to any friends or family or anyone for that matter.
