Gina Dale was really good, very professional, looks after the needs of the landlord. Always returns the calls and helpful in her advice and recommendations. Absolute credit to B Simmons and Son and one if the reasons to use the company as a letting agent. I would always recommend her. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Although it was a complicated matter but they were very proactive and special mention to Amy who kept chasing all parties concerned to ensure my customers can complete within timescales.
