The product was very well made. We were missing an item in our original order, but they quickly sent us the item. Turn around time was not bad considering it's international. Customer service was prompt and helpful.

Great product if not in a hurry
I'll start by saying the products were great. They look exactly like the website and are high-quality signs. However, it took almost 12 weeks to get them and that was after a couple of emails asking about them and why it was taking so long.

Update: After several phone calls, I have received my order. It looks juts like I expected it to.
I have not received my order! I have asked several times for a tracking number but no one will give it to me.

Good design, took a long time to arrive
Since placing an order, it's been 1 month. I've followed up multiple times, and 2 weeks ago was given a USPS number that remains inactive.
Update: Hooray, finally received the order! It took about 5 weeks, and I was honestly starting to worry about having been scammed. Good quality, we love the signs. If I was rating for the product alone it would be 5 stars. Good design and they were very willing to customize.

Des frais d'envoi supplémentaires m'ont été réclamés. En cas de non payement, mon colis n'était pas livré. Ces frais n'étaient pas annoncés au moment de la commande.
J'ai contacté la société afin de leur faire part de mon mécontentement. Ils se sont engagés à me rembourser la moitié des frais. Mais je n'ai jamais reçu cet argent et je n'ai plus aucune nouvelle de leur part.
De plus les articles étaient couverts de colle provenant du papier d'emballage.
Très mauvais service.
