I love my new Bruusta so far! We just tapped the first brew this week. Ginger flavor. It was great! I can't wait to enjoy more.
The brewing process was very easy and the App is a great tool to follow to make sure all the steps are completed correctly.
Highly recommend. What a great Christmas gift this would make for a kumbucha loving family member 🎄

This is a very nice machine. I have not used it yet. I am waiting on a new cell phone and I am looking forward to using it.

Had a small question about how to clean the dock and they got back to me within minutes. Really friendly team who clearly care about their product. The kombucha tastes amazing too fresh, crisp and never too sweet.

I love this as I was spending a small fortune on bottled kombucha since I started drinking it so now I can I make it myself for a fraction of the price and it actually tastes better! The whole process is also oddly satisfying!

I would love to give this a high rating but am not having much luck so far. The first time I brewed, the dial must not have been on 5 (not evident that it would not seal without that) and it went all over my counter. The second time I tried, nothing comes out of the tap. I got about 1/2 cup, then it stopped yet the tank is full. The support ticket system doesn’t work well as support takes a bit to get back to me. I wish there was a phone number to call or something faster to receive help. It’s a nice invention, but brew mixes are expenses and I have gone through 2 and no brews yet.

Great product, I love making my own Kombucha and this is so easy and tastes absolutely delicious!

We have tested many batches of Bruusta kombucha that we have made ourselves, and the reproducibility of flavors and other measurable parameters is spot on. If you want to brew consistent beverage, give this product a try! By the way, the peach is our favorite so far...

I was looking for a gut healthy drink but what has glued me to Bruusta is how delicious, natural and fresh it tastes. It feels like I’m drinking something that is good for me

I ordered Bruusta after seeing it on Instagram, and it genuinely lives up to the hype! It arrived super quickly, the packaging was beautiful, and everything felt really high quality. My first batch was tasty and the flavour shots make it easy to mix things up. Customer support was super responsive when I asked about cleaning tips. Could not recommend more :)

you need more concise instruction for set up for first brew....I had to search and finally found a chef on instagram that explained the purification process, the 5 setting, opening the top, adding brew, yeast and amount of water to add and how to attach the dock after all above is done. If he can do it, you can do it.

I am really enjoying my Bruusta. I was unsure at first how it was going to work out, but with patience and careful following of the directions, my first Brew is amazing! I did the Original flavor first, and I am adding my own Liquid Collagen to the Brew, which makes it more carbonated. I am a big Kombucha fan, but some brands are way too sweet. With Bruusta, I love having the option to drink it plain or add flavor! I will be starting my next batch in a few days. I am doing the Ginger flavor next.
Also, you should put the Bruusta unit in your Refrigerator first to determine where you'll put it, and make sure it fits! I also put a towel under my Bruusta, so if it drips, it's on the towel. FYI, I've had no problem with dripping.
Lastly, I was a little hesitant at first and read the directions several times. Now that I've accomplished my first batch, I'm looking forward to years of happy brewing! Thank you, Bruusta, for an excellent product!

Phenomenal customer service! The Raspberry and Ginger Bruusta kombucha flavors have been refreshing, crisp and very tasty. Currently have raspberry on tap and my first batch of Original brewing in the Bruu Buddy.

I love my BRUUSTA! I have homebrewed kombucha before and it was such a pain. It was like a chemistry set nightmare but with BRUSTA it was a snap literally easier than baking cookies. And the best part every brew was consistently amazing, sweet sour super fizzy just perfect. I bought one for my brother and my sister now there Kombucha groupies. And the biggest benefit was cost one BRUUSTA kit Will literally save me thousands of dollars because what I paid for the kit was equal to about buying 40 bottles from the supermarket. Now I can drink 40 bottles worth for a quarter of the price. If you love kombucha, you need this for the simplicity and the ease and the cost.

Home brewed kombucha is a complete revelation! The process with the Bruusta was so much easier than I was expecting and the finished product is so delicious, it definitely stands up to my favourite bottled brands. I especially love the apricot, ginger and lemon flavour and the pineapple and passionfruit one so far, and I look forward to trying some of the others!

Easy to order, and even easier to brew and make kombucha at home. Can't believe the deliciousness of the drink, it's barely believable that I did it. Thank you bruusta!

The Bruusta is a wonderful contraption! It's quick and easy, and I am drinking REAL Kombucha from scratch in less than a week, which has been AWESOME and really fun.

Cheaper than buying individual cans, tastes great too!
