Amazing customer service, fantastic products, and high quality gear! They are my #1 gift to give at holidays and birthdays. Everyone loves them from kids to was once that young, and everywhere in between! If you don’t have one, GET ONE, or 10! 😍

I've been purchasing BruMate for several years for both personal use as well as for gifts.

The few times I reached out to Customer Service, the response was quick, polite, and go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.

With all the postal delay I've been lucky shipping hasn't been an issue with any of my BruMate orders.

Best products out there! Any issues or questions were promptly fixed and/or answered by customer service. I've been a customer for a little over a year now and needless to say my collection keeps growing!!! Lol! Customer for LIFE!!

I was a first time customer. Ordered two slims. It had been over a week and tracking never updated. I did have the route insurance so i contacted customer service. They were so very helpful and took care of the issue immediately and replaced them for me. The service i was given was great. Everything was done in a timely manner. No complaints this way!

Bottom line: try them out, the products and team are great. The shipping issues of the 2020 holiday season were unable to be predicted and are unlikely to occur again. Brumate worked hard to make things right for those affected by delayed shipping

These are fantastic products. They are gorgeous, durable, and keep your drinks cold for hours, even on hot, sunny days. Were there shipping problems over the holidays with the pandemic- yes. These were the result of a shipping company that was used to help manage the increased volume of orders; a company that brumate will no longer be using because of the poor service delivery. Their customer service is fantastic. They will quickly address concerns and make them right- again, this took a little longer over the holidays thanks to the amount of orders affected by the shipping issues. Once I was able to reach their customer service team (through messenger instead of email), they were professional and polite. A replacement order was expedited, at no cost to me, and it arrived in time for the holidays. The people that received them are now also fans of the product too!

Top notch customer service, a company owner who actually listens to and cares about his customers, AND the highest quality products on the market. What more can you ask for?!

I don’t typically write reviews, but I am so happy with not only the product but how the Bru Mate company stepped in to assist their customers during the holiday delivery crunch. When faced with shipping delays that were not Bru Mate’s fault, the Cru at Bru personally stepped in and tirelessly did what they could to expedite the orders and transfer to help customers get their top-notch products in time for their holiday needs. The products are unbeatable - and so is the customer service! Highly recommend!

I've ordered several products since being introduced to a friends trio on a camping trip. I love the quality and huge selection of colors. I bought several as Christmas gifts. One was received damaged and customer service sent one out immediately to replace it. I cannot wait for the cooler to be released this summer. I'm a forever customer!

I have not had any shipping issues , with any of my orders , other than sometimes paying duty, I live in Canada, always a great experience, love my brumates, Thanks Dylan, and company.

I love all my brus!! I ordered a set for my mom for Christmas. When it came it was missing a piece. I contacted customer service, Colin responded within a few hours credited me points and within a week the missing piece had arrived! He was polite and fast!! I placed a second order when the juggernaut lids became available, 1 was the wrong color lid but the guys don’t care so it wasn’t a big deal. I got the purple one I wanted that’s all that matters! Pitney Bowes was terrible thanks for firing them!!

I love my Brumates and so does my family. I had two orders go missing and they were for my gift exchange w my friends. I emailed customer service and after a few emails everything was figured out and my orders were resent. I just masked up and went to the one store in our area and adjusted my gifts to their stock. We were purple and in my state and not supposed to be out but hey I needed gifts. My orders came and I couldn’t be happier that I have even more now. It was a particular shipping company I believe and that has been handled. I am so happy that I buy my family and friends this wonderful product. I have yet to be disappointed. It’s my mission to convert everyone to Brumates!

These are the best beverage containers! Cold stays cold for hours and hot stays hot for hours! Ordered twice got them within 10 days even during the crazy month of December!

AMAZING PRODUCT & AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Best customer service I have ever experienced. They address any issue immediately. Brumates keep any drink cold/warm for hours. My friend left his bottled beer in the other room for 2 hours and still ice cold. He was already impressed with his retirement gift, but amazed at that point.
Brumates are my go-to gifts for everyone, cuz everyone drinks something, even if not alcohol. You will never want any other drink ware after using a Brumate!
