Cards were beautiful! Great quality

I had never created my own card before, but I found it very easy to do on this website. I was very pleased with the finshed product - good quality. Even though other websites said my picture had low-res; the finished product from Brookhollow was excellent!!!

Unreliable Shipping
I placed our order on 11/13/25 and paid for expedited shipping so we would be able to send them out before Thanksgiving. I called on 11/20 to check the status because the tracking information wasn't showing anything. The lady on the phone (forgot to write her nme down) was very helpful. She said UPS wasn't updating their tracking lately and ordered a reprint free of charge to make sure we got our cards. On 11/25 I called back because we had not yet received the cards that we paid extra to have delivered by 11/24. This time I got Mariah. She said that the order was delivered on 11/17. I assured her it was not and that all I wanted was a refund of the extra I paid for expedited shipping. She actually said that she wasn't disputing that we hadn't received our order but it had been delivered on 11/17 so they had satisfied the expedited shipping. When I pointed out that delivery doesn't count unless it's delivered where it was supposed to go, she put me on hold and spoke with a supervisor. She came back and said they would issue a credit for the incresed shipping costs but would not refund our money. The original and replacement cards arrived on 12/1/25 which is 7 days after they were supposed to. The quality of the cards is phenomenal. But the dismissive tone and absolutely ridiculous assertions about having satisfied the expedited shipping will likely prevent us from using Brookhollow again. That's really sad because we have ordered cards for our business from this company for years.

I didn't receive my order. The label was created, but not shipped. When I called to check on the status two weeks after I received the tracking number, I was told that they would reprint the order and send it via regular mail. I had originally paid extra for three-day delivery, but now I would have to wait another 1-2 weeks. Ultimately, I decided to cancel the order and placed it with another company. This was very frustrating because we needed to send those cards out this week.

None of the cards have the crease for folding on.
When we fold them, they don't look good anymore.
I am very disappointed and will probably need to find a new company to order cards from next year. We have all signed them and there is no time to have them fixed.

Cards were in poor condition, never received a call, email or chat back from their customer service. I sent photos of the poor quality and multiple emails and chats. Never again.

The cards are beautiful and are a great texture. Will be buying another batch. I was able to fit my messages and photos in my card easily.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I received a promo email with a special link which expired at the end of November 25th for a 30.00 credit. When I put the order together and went to check out the credit did not carry over. On the 25th I tried to online chat to resolve it and got ghosted, I called and got ghosted. The next day I called and got hung up on so I called back AGAIN, asked to speak with a manager and he was absolutely no help and just said it's expired I needed to do it on the 25th. Really?? after these employees dropped the ball now it's my fault?? Unbelievable that no one would take responsibility for the incompetence. In the future, just say sorry and fix what went wrong.
