Brookhollow is quite simply passionate about greeting cards. In our electronic world where millions of emails, texts, and instant messages are exchanged daily, we know that a traditional hand signed Greeting Card can grab someone’s attention unlike most other forms of communication. Think back to the last time you received an unexpected card from a friend or associate . . . the appreciation you felt that someone put the time and thought into sending you a card. Brookhollow knows that a quality card, professionally printed with your personal message or brand, at the best value, is an effective way to promote yourself or company with others.

I ordered the sample cards and received…

I ordered the sample cards and received them quickly. The cards were great, but when I try to place a customized order, the website does not let me order. I called customer service and they told me there was an issue with the website and try again. :(

Sad State of Affairs

After years of complete satisfaction with Brookhollow Cards; this is the 2nd order in a row where the print on the outside of the card was not centered on the fold. While the order was replaced in both instances; it is clear 'quality control' is completely out the window there. If we ever order from Brookhollow again, how far in advance should we engage in order to get the correct cards here on time?

Samples, service, solutions, satisfaction

While looking at an image online is great, there's nothing like a sample in your hands. Going one better, Brookhollow lets you customize a sample. It's great to see the actual piece and literally get a feel for it. Brookhollow does not disappoint, a very nice product at a very competitive price point. And those occasions where I have had to contact customer service because of an oversight on my part, the experience has always been exemplary.

Return address not centered

Return address on envelope flap was not level or centered. They reprinted at no charge, but 2nd printing still not centered.
