Brompton Bicycle Recenzje 

Delivery late 1 day but it's minor. The shipping box doesn't have instruction installed the saddle, I finally get it done by looking youtube. I ordered the bike in Black lacquer, it turns out Raw lacquer but it's fine. Although, it's a second hand bike but the Quality is excellent.

The engineering quality and good looks of Brompton bikes and accessories and components makes them the best, backed up by efficient customer service department.

When my Mk6 C-Line is folded the clearance, rear mudguard to floor, is exactly 2mm. I felt this to be insufficient with the potential of scratch damage occurring. After consultation with Brompton Customer Services it was decided that the addition of an Advance rear rack might solve the problem and a purchase was finally made. Reporting on the overall experience I would have to say that I was impressed with the team at Brompton. I reaalfelt that they listened and cared.

Bike is great, came on time, very easy set up

The bicycle's frame and components are good, but the electrical system—specifically the motor—feels a bit sluggish; even if you try to pedal harder, the motor holds back your speed, whereas on a regular bike, you could go a bit faster.

Very happy. Easy to order & Bike was delivered to the front door.

Very responsive. Despite a bug with the website that made the buying experience not possible for a few iterations, the follow up with customer support and the speed of delivery were quite good.

Excellent service and communication. Initially seems expensive but actually very good value as lots of worn parts replaced and feels almost like having a new bike. Very happy.

This isn’t directly your fault, but the service from DPD is dreadful. After 2 non shows at the house, I’m now waiting in for a third attempt at delivery. they haven’t actually come to the house the last two times. And they ignore the delivery instructions I’ve put on my account with them. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with DPD. It’s incredibly frustrating receiving deliveries from them and honestly would prevent me from ordering directly from Brompton knowing they’re the provider you use.

Ich fahre ein Brompton C Line. Es ist ein kleines wendiges Rad, mit 16 Zoll Rädern, dadurch etwas wackelig Vorne, hat einen stabilen Rahmen und ist nach einigen Üben leicht auf- und zuklappbar. Ich brauchte etwas Zeit, mich an das Rad zu gewöhnen. Mittlerweile macht es mir großen Spaß und der Style des Brompton fällt auf. Ich finde das Angebot von DB und Brompton für ein 6 oder 12 Monate dauerndes Abo super.

I had a problem with the non-delivery of my Tool Kit and it took a while to get it sorted. Now that the Tool Kit is here, I am very glad to have it and (as usual) super impressed by its compatibility with my Brompton. Many thanks.
