I ordered a fully knitted Christmas Jumper with a raised Christmas Tree and Teddy Bear made of wool in front, it looked lovely.
What we received was a cheap looking none woollen top and the Christmas tree and teddy bear were printed.

I contacted Customer Service to return the item and get a full refund. They kept offering me discounts to keep the jumper and I kept refusing as I wanted a full refund. Eventually they told me I had to return it to China but I had to pay the shipping costs, I refused and demanded they provide prepaid shipping for me to send back. That was 3 days ago and they are now ignoring me.

I wish I had checked here before buying from this company as it seems this is their way of doing business (conning people).
Keep away and don't go near them.

From my experience Brollies London is fake. They give impression they are in London and have stock but neither is true as they are Chinese. I spent £80 and 3 weeks later received sub standard clothes that were 3sizez too small.
Ghost Customer Service: The site provides no phone number. Their listed customer service mailbox (info@...) completely ignores emails, making it impossible to secure a return or refund.
Amex agreed and refunded me but do NOT deal with these fraudsters.

Awful company !
Clothing is not as per the picture. I’ve tried to contact this company 5 times who are ignoring me. I have started a fraudulent payment with my bank. Avoid buying anything, this company is not legitimate.

Scam company. I ordered a suede jacket. Months later a low quality fabric one arrived, which I tried to return. Their returns process requires you to email an info mailbox but no response is received and they have jo phone number. I have reported to my credit card company & fraud advisors.
