Not happy at all .

Not happy at all .. it has taken 2 weeks for me to receive my order.. delivery was not attempted I was in all day… and it didn’t go to my local post office either so that’s a lie..

The delay of time was awuful

It took 8 days to prepare the package, then the package remained in the taxes office in Germany for another 8 days. The delay time was unexpected and I couldnt use the chocolate for my daughter’s birthday. But the good thing is that the chocolate did not meltdown in this heat if the weather.

Will never use again it’s a rip off I paid just under a fiver 4 a small jar off coffee and said £3.29 on jar and emailed them and just got excuses and said return them which would have cost me British SCAM 😡😡

Hello thank you for your feedback, we are mainly an export, so are not as competitively priced or able to follow recommended retail price (RRP) as the large supermarkets in the UK with their huge buying power.

Our pricing does also have to include an element of packaging and processing to ensure these items arrive safely when sending them across the world.

We have experienced many customer parcels that have been damaged, lost and returned. Due to these huge losses our product prices are slightly expensive, also the prices are higher due to the FREE shipping that we offer to UK customers and certain European countries.

Also our merchant card fees are very high due to ''Shop now. Pay later. Always interest-free''.

As an expat it's cery difficult getting à hold of Anadin extra. After several searches i finally found this site with great product availability for a good price. I was able to stock up for the year and received my order very quickly. I've saved this site for future needs.
