I had a great experience with British Beds Direct. I had to place a larger order as a B&B owner and so I spoke to someone over the phone who made the experience seamless. The new beds were ready earlier than expected and I was soon contacted about arranging delivery. They came well packaged and easy to put together. This is the second time I ordered from this company.

Previously ordered headboard and needed lower bed frame for mother so checked website. Easily found what I needed with dimensions and could then select colour that I wanted. Ordered online and received phone call confirming order and email confirming shipments. Received goods and very happy.

A great product at the price paid. Being able to supply a number of fabric swatches beforehand also helped me choose the bed a room decor. They let me order the bed within the sale period and agreed to delay delivery until the room was decorated. Can't fault them.

The website was very easy to choose the bed we needed. I found the sales page and luckily for me the right size, the right number of drawers, and a great colour option was available at a reduced price, so I purchased that online easily. The delivery took about 10 working days and the bed bases were delivered by two delivery men who were able to carry the bases up the narrow stairway. The bases were well wrapped in thick plastic and the corners were all protected with covers. We didn't get the bases installed for us, as we needed to construct a headboard first, but it was easy to push the feet into place on the bottom of the bases and set it up ourselves. Perfectly constructed, solid bed bases, in pristine condition, the fabric used is very nice, the colour was fantastic, and the four drawers are very roomy. Very happy.

Brilliant choice of beds and fabrics. Ordered over the Christmas period and the upholstered ottoman bed frame arrived 2 weeks later! I'd been looking for something quite specific and am so glad I found British Beds Direct: I was a little nervous ordering online but got exactly what I had hoped for. Really easy to put together and great quality - we'll definitely be looking here first next time!

This is the second bed we have bought from British Beds. The quality is fantastic and the choice of fabric is second to none. Communication from the initial order was great and the turnaround was so quick considering I ordered just before Christmas.
The ottoman bed is really comfy as the whole of the underneath is for storage and the frame is very sturdy and there are no creaks/noises when lying on it. We’ve been having a great nights sleep every night since! Thank you and definitely recommend them!

Lovely bed and helpful responses from the company to my queries

Very easy and straightforward service. Ordered online after receiving some samples and was given 24 hours notice of delivery and time. Delivery was smooth. Bed was carefully handled and well packaged. Quality was very good and material as expected. We ordered the Eleanor ottoman bed and the lifting struts were already assembled - just has to click the bars into place. Super easy. Would certainly order again.

The single Ottoman bed that we ordered is very good quality and the delivery drivers were helpful and friendly. We did have a delay on our order which we received limited communication on, hence only 4 stars.

Delivery was not as swift as initially promised but I was very pleased with the ottoman divan when it arrived.

Ordered a head board and a super king divan. Both arrived in the timescale promised and were delivered by helpful drivers. Quality of both is very good and the price is competitive. Would use again.

Good quality beds and good customer service

Simple and straightforward way to order a bed for our spare room. Took a little over the stated time frame for bed to be delivered but staff were friendly and helpful at all stages. I'd use them again.

We have bought 3 beds from BBD and are very happy with their products - saving money over the high street every time. The only downside is that on every occasion they have taken longer from order to delivery than their website implies. But still worth the wait. When we have had issues with damaged items delivered, they always went out of their way to resolve the issues, so buy with confidence.

The order was delayed due to them not having the material chosen, but this was not relayed to me and I had to eventually choose a different material that ended up being a totally different colour that was chosen - plus I still don’t have the legs I ordered!

British Beds Direct are an exceptionally professional company to deal with. Their website is super easy to use and after your purchase they follow up with calls and accommodating delivery slots. I highly recommend them. Amazing quality and great all round service. Thanks BBD!

Delivery late Saturday afternoon/early evening while within the time slot promised was not ideal. Otherwise good service and courier was very helpful

Still waiting for my order 4 weeks on. Speechless.
