British builders got a plumber (external)

British builders got a plumber (external) to come out to us last night to fix a few issues within the property that yorkshire water would not touch. Tony was an outstanding fella and got the job done especially at 11pm in a quiet area. Alex (property manager) had lack of communication of understanding the issues here and there but thats understandable, tony helped clear some clarifications. Thanks again Tony n British builders for the help.

It has always been a good experience whenever British Builders come around to help with repairs.Alex customer relations is top notch and his prompt response to maintenance issues is very good.Thank you

Great customer service

Great customer service. Called the emergency helpline on the weekenr and got a phone call a few minutes later. All relevant information was asked promptly and sent to the relevant team. One of the on duty - employees - Adam Walker was lovely and friendly.

Efficient and courteous crew

Efficient and courteous crew. I was having some issues with washroom lights and extractor fan. The engineer diagnosed the problem and fixed it effectively.

Great work by this company, I was having a problem in electric connection and they send a professional man, even on Saturday, he did a great work.
