Great machine. Easy to use with simple instruction's and videos. Cleaned the dogs mat like new even the slight accident she had.

The machine was in good working condition. Instructions for use were missing but YouTube had clear, easy to follow instructions. The shop had a good selection of cleaning products for that specific machine and it wasn't too heavy for me to lift into my car boot.

Easy and cost-effective
