Great experience. Very organised with messages before and during the trip. We arrived earlier and they managed to accomondate us very well. Very happy afterall!

Arranged a pick up from North London to Gatwick Airport. The driver arrived on time and was helpful in putting our suitcase in the trunk. It was an early morning journey and he was thoughtful in turning off the music so we could nap. Such a smooth journey and quick as well. He stood us to the short stay 3rd level and instructed us to go down 1 floor (to departures) as it would be more convenient. Again asked us with our luggage and wished us a safe journey. Very professional.i

Absolutely hopeless. From A-Z. This is not a taxi company but a booking service and they can't even get that right. Booked an airport transfer 48 hrs before. Booked an Mpv as needed to carry 7 full size luggages. Booking was confirmed as such. Turned up an hour and a half late, with a Toyota prius. Made the flight with 5 minutes to spare, running through the airport of course. If you want a stress free and reliable airport transfer, this is NOT the company for you.

Worst airport transfer experience ever. Driver was over an hour late. Had no clue he was assigned to pick us up even though his details had been sent to me an hour prior. Kept mentioning he didn't know his way to our hotel and couldn't get his own satinav to work so my partner had to plug his phone into the drivers car so the driver could get directions. Abysmal customer service, in the end, I was offered a measely £10 refund for the inconvenience. Please do yourself a favour and never book with this company.

The communication with the company was excellent; however, the driver was not good. He didn't meet me at the designated meeting point but asked me to meet him outside the airport (in Zone D), and then I had to wait 5 minutes for him. He then couldn't pass through the parking gate because he said his bank card was not working so he asked me if I could pay the £7 parking fee so that we can actually get out of the airport. He kept saying that my flight arrived late, which was not true at all because we landed 10 minutes early, and I was out of the airport about 5 minutes after the arranged pick-up time (which I communicated to him on the phone while waiting for my luggage). He was sometimes checking his phone while driving, which made me a little scared as he wasn't looking at the road. We were already in my neighborhood but it took him forever to get to my address, so in the end I decided to get off further up in our street to spare some time. When I got out of the car, I reminded him that he owed me £7 for the parking fee. He asked me if I had any change but I didn't have any cash on me as I just got back from abroad, so he gave me £5 instead of £7.

Great experience for ease, convenience and comfort. Both drivers for pick up and drop off were on time with good communication. I don’t know cost comparisons with other forms of transport but this was easy and reliable.

Excellent service as there was six of us. Driver was a few minutes late to collect us at the airport but the company kept us updated through WhatsApp. Return trip was early in the morning and was punctual.

Do not book this company for any airport pickup - Britannia Taxis keep none of their promises. I did not receive the drivers details in advance, there was no one waiting for me at the stated pick up point in the airport, which was e-mailed in advance. The driver arrived nearly 30 minutes late, refused to come to the pick up point, has not sign with my name on, told me I’d have to find him in the car park and was completely unapologetic. When I called Britannia, the call handler was rude and argumentative, talking over me and hanging up twice. Honestly this is the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Absolutely appalling.

Their communication was impeccable. Sent confirmation via WhatsApp 24h prior and driver's contact details 1h prior. Kept us posted on the driver's ETA.
The only downside was the driver for our return trip was late and we had to wait for him at the arrival hall for 40min, which is longer than our trip home. Not a good experience having to wait for such a long time at the airport with tired children and elderly.
This maybe a one-off and could be the driver's fault / traffic issue but being punctual is one of the most important attributes for taxi services.
