Glass that is not real glass and no reimbursement yet
The product is not what was advertised. It is described as glass, but it is actually a polymer.
After struggling to arrange the return, it was delivered on September 3rd, and I have proof of delivery. Twelve days later, the refund has not even been scheduled, and they cannot tell me when I will receive my money.
As an AI aptly put it, selling polymer as “glass” is rather like selling sawdust held together with glue and calling it oak. Making the return difficult and then failing to promptly refund a misrepresented product makes the experience even worse.
