Bristol Van Removals Ltd Recenzje

Fantastic service on a stressful day. Bristol Van Removals moved us on Monday and they were quick, professional and crucially for us flexible.

When competion and collecting keys was pushed back to 17:30, then travel meaning we didnt get to the property till 18:15, they stayed later cheerfully and without complaint.

The 4 movers we had were great, friendly and easy to work with. I am deeply sorry that I cannot remember their names to put here!

Can’t recommend this company enough.
Excellent communication throughout the process.
On the day they made it easy with no stress.
Thanks to Dan and his team (removers).
Thanks to Dave.

What an absolutely amazing team. Start to finish , moving day for my elderly parents was flawless . The guys were friendly , polite and efficient. Great communication and job done very swiftly .

I have used BVR twice in the last week and couldn’t be more pleased. The staff in the office were friendly, informative and professional.
On the removal days the two gentleman who worked so hard provided an excellent service. They were prompt, friendly, professional and represented BVR admirably. I’m only sorry I cannot remember their name, the one guy was from Africa. They deserve their praise.
I can highly recommend this company.

Everyone at Bristol Van Removals was fantastic!
I couldn’t have done the move without them. Everyone was kind, professional and friendly from the person who came round to assess how much stuff I had to move, the people I spoke to on the phone, the guys who moved everything on the day and the cleaners who ensured my old house was fresh and clean for the new people to move into. Everyone was brilliant and I am beyond thankful that they made my house move such a positive experience. I would definitely recommend using this company.

They were very prompt, friendly and efficient. The whole process was easy and stress free, I would definitely recommend.

Dan and his team were fabulous- how do they remain so calm! And how do they work so hard, and remain so polite?!?! Can’t answer those questions- but they do - we’ve used them twice, the first time to move our furniture into storage and then when we’d found our hopefully ‘forever home’ to move us out of storage into our new home. Thank you Bristol Vans and your team - Andrea and Mark Wilcox

The team who did our removal last week were excellent. A lot of care was taken to protect items, and there was no accidental damage.
The team were very friendly. And helpful in managing to take all the pots from the garden, as requested.
A special mention to the lovely cleaners who followed the removers, and did an excellent job.

Very good company from start to finish very helpful friendly professional they know what they are doing and also dismantle your big things and put them together again at the new property

I am the manager of Cinch self storage in Chippenham - BVR brought a customer into storage with us. From the moment they arrived I was impressed which after 5 years of being here is only the second time I can actually say that. They were considerate, respectful and a good representation of the company - well done guys. Shame you are not closer to me, I would happily give you a lot of business!

We had a visit prior to our move to assess what our needs were and provide a quote. This was a very competitive quote beating others who did not carry out a preliminary visit. On moving day, the two vans arrived on time and the team had a quick tour and then set to work. They were quick and efficient and friendly to have around. When the vans were full they had a quick break whilst we collected the keys to our new house. They arrived minutes after us and were unpacked and assembling the furniture as instructed and then patiently rearranging pieces whilst I made my mind up. I am so glad we used them. They made a very stressful time less so and nothing was too.much trouble. Thoroughly recommend this company and every member of the team we met. Thank you Bristol Van Removals

We had a long and stressful conveyancing process so we were relieved when the guys from Bristol Van Removals arrived took confidently took control. Nick arrived ahead of time and had a good look around the house to assess what we had packed and what was still assembled.

The rest of the vans then arrived and the team were able to start straight away. My partner and I just sat back and watched them remove all our belongings quickly, efficiently and really important to me: carefully.

I’m really pernickety about my stuff and I can say that the guys from Bristol Van Removals were far more accurate and careful than I could have been.

When we got to our new home, they then quickly but carefully unloaded each box to exactly where we wanted it.

Nothing was too much trouble. All the guys were friendly and happy. It was by far the easiest part of the whole moving process.

Big thanks to Dave and his team at Bristol Van Removals.

It was such a smooth process; they came and packed up everything on day one and moved it all on day 2. Minimal stress for us - they were on time, really friendly, efficient and went the extra mile when asked. Can't fault it. The vans managed the tight roads on North Bristol as well!

Absolutely brilliant removal company - on time, so efficient, really really nice removal team, nothing broken! Just great!!

First Class Removal Service
I honestly couldn’t fault them. They were considerate, punctual, and polite. Nothing was broken during the move, and their patience was much appreciated. They even went the extra mile to dismantle and rebuild the furniture, including the bed base, at my new property. What more can I say? Brilliant service – thank you, Dave and team!

Brilliant. Used to move a family member back to Bristol. There were no issues with the actual removals. They were very helpful making sure all items were in the correct room. Thanks to you all
Highly recommended

Excellent company. Booked a pack and move service with BVR. The team were very efficient, friendly and hardworking. They made our move experience extremely smooth and even agreed to pick up and move in a wardrobe I had bought from FB Marketplace. Would recommend highly.

I needed to arrange a move from London to Bristol for a family member.
My family said they were absolutely delighted with the move, they were professional, reliable and the whole day was stress free.
I’d definitely use this company again and I would highly recommend them. Absolutely fantastic, thank you Bristol Van Removals 10/10 👍

I’d give them more stars if I could, absolute fantastic company. The whole process was easy from the initial survey to booking up and beyond. The removal team were on time and friendly who made moving our office look easy and you know someone excels when they make a tough job look easy. I’m so grateful to them for taking away the stress of a big office move, thank you Bristol Van Removals

What an amazing experience we had with Bristol van removals! The removal team on the day were absolutely fantastic. The team were a joy to have around on the morning of the move and every member was friendly, hardworking, professional and moved every item with care. From initial contact for a quote to the final box being unplaced from the van I was super impressed! I have passed over the details for Bristol van removals to my two friends who are moving as I was so impressed! Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience a breeze! Highly recommend xx Jen and Lee Oliver xx
