Very happy with the veterinary vials. Good quality and arrived well packaged.

Bought amber vials for our US pharmacy store. Good quality product and timely delivery.

Absolutely no communication. No updates to order online. Can't reach anyone by phone or through email. Definitely avoid at all costs.

Ordered October 28th. I reached out to them mid November wondering where items were. they sent me an email said its shipped and hell email me tracking number. next week I emailed again wheres the tracking? he said I'll email it right to you. yet another day goes buy again. I get them finally with the wrong case of jars. emailed immediately. same terrible communication. said I just return them to Container & Packaging...Hmmm! ok so they received it on Jan 9th and I'm still waiting for my refund and it's February 9th. I've opened a case against them now. if they would answer the phone or emails this could have been fixed. Just buy from container and packaging instead.

I placed my order in November and I still haven't received anything. I tried to communicate to check in and there was a quick call which was confusing. No solution was ever made. Here we are on the last day of January and still haven't received what I ordered. I'm very unsatisfied with Brigade Packaging.

Nice attention, good quality

We looked all over for a company that would sell us the pop tops for these medication bottles. We use them in Vials of Life. Brigade has them and sells them to us even though we may only order every 3 years. Nice to have a company that works with us.

It took almost a month before I got my order. I would send messages and it would take weeks before I would get a response

If you were replacing what i ordered should have told me ahead of time .

This was our first time ordering from Brigade Packaging. Our order came in a sturdy box that was packed better than any box we've ever received. Everything was intact and received in a timely manner. I'm sure we will order again.

Quicker turnaround time from order to receive would be great

I havent gotten my whole order yet! Last order took a long time too. My 1st few orders no issues so please keep customers updated I've sent emails and calls tell me on the way but no tracking no package.

I would have given 5 stars off my 1st orders and probably 5 again if there was better customer service on where my product was.

Two Days Shipping and Exactly What ordered

Still no shipment update ordered weeks ago can’t even remember.

But after receiving an email with reimbursement I guess they have good customer service
