as a target of one of their ad campaign on behalf of a customer, they spammed so hard I tried to have my name removed from their spam list. They are uncontactable - all emails, including the one on their website, bounce. that's illegal - targets of unsolicited email campaigns MUST be given the opportunity to have their names removed. so I reported them to the ICO and now block everything with their domain in the email header.

Absolutely awful company, basically lie and trick you into horrid contracts. Please spend your money elsewhere like a lottery ticket, the returns will be better.

The 5 stars reviews look as fishy as them.

Since our account has been managed by Matthew Deakin, the content we are receiving for our newsletters and monthly campaigns have been so much stronger. Matt listens and takes on board what we want from the content and actions it each month. Happy with the service we have received so far from him!

the company had got worse, they are money orientated, Ben as terrible never got any updates and now a trials work another manager, and now I billed three times the agreed costs!!!
It’s a waste of money I do not think they care about your business but the amount the rake in from you!!!
Save your self the stress and get the leads yourselves..

We’ve been working with Brief Your Market for around three months now. While the onboarding process took a little longer than expected – largely due to my own insistence on ensuring brand consistency across all marketing platforms – the team made it incredibly easy. They took all of my feedback on board and implemented it properly, which gave me real confidence in the service from the outset.

Since then, we’ve been supported by Milli as our Success Manager, and she has been absolutely fantastic. She’s taken the time to understand our brand, tone of voice, and vision for campaigns. I know I’m not always the easiest to work with – I ask a lot of questions – but Milli has consistently responded with honesty and clarity. On the rare occasion she didn’t have an immediate answer, she took the time to find it and always followed up.

Beyond the excellent customer service, the most important thing is the results – and so far, they’ve been very impressive. Our campaigns have consistently generated valuation leads, many of which we’ve been able to convert. Like any marketing tool, performance is key to justifying the investment, and I’m pleased to say that, in our case, the service looks set to pay for itself many times over.

This is largely down to the genuine effort the team has made to understand our business and tailor their content accordingly.

The only reason I’d hesitate to recommend them is that I wouldn’t want our competitors achieving the same success and results!

You have to subscribe to unsubscribe from their spam emails which, of course, you did not subscribe to in the first place!

This company has lied to me from the start saying systems would be getting fixed and constantly breaking with no response.

Complained multiple times, The hands off email marketing is a shameless they barley kept up with it and made so many mistakes I ended up doing it myself and was paying the premium for it.

Overcharged and found out people was getting the same service as me for alot cheaper. Complete scam artists.

I then closed off the deal with them after a year as it's been constant issues and it failed miserably.

They was cut of from our CRM and carried on messaging the data breaching GDPR. Had to keep telling them to stop and they carried on.

Then had the audacity to try and charge me and send it to solicitors to reclaim work that I haven't been using for months.

In the year with them got nothing but unsubscribes, no reveune gain, and found out the automated emails was failing and not sending so I was paying for nothing.

You can do a better job yourself with a CRM.

Worst marketing company I've ever dealt with.

Well, I don't remember ever entering into a contract with this company. If I have then my details should have been deleted under GDPR years ago.
I have just received a notification that my data has been stolen from this company and my account is at risk. I don't have an account and shouldn't have an account with this company ... What on earth is going on ???

Awful. Doesn’t work. Threatened me with legal action.

I hate to use this word, but the firm is a bit of a scam.
A terrible company.
You get a glossy demo of what they can do but the nett results are absolutely nothing. Zilch. Worse than that when you ask to leave, you are told that you will be put on a higher service level with an account manager and everything will better. The staff change monthly. You never know who the account manage is. The service stays the same. The system could be brilliant, but it is clunky and misses the mark.
I spent thousands over the years and got nothing back. Yet when you try and leave they tell you that you are auto-enrolled into a contract and that you have to keep paying them. Even if you give them 1 years notice to leave.
As others have said they are fraudsters and they don't give a damm about their customers or their reputation.

Very similar to other reviews, high level of expenditure, little or no results. Very good at selling their service but don't deliver and mislead in the selling process. They do nothing you can't do yourself.
