I searched for an exit strategy and found Bridge Transfers to be this vehicle. Charles and team were very responsive and as of last month was able to close out of my timeshare. Would recommend them for anyone looking to get out of their timeshare. I started my process in Oct/Nov and competed on Jan 30… while this seems long I feel the holidays may have extended the process a bit.

Set aside any preconceived notions or past experiences you have regarding timeshare cancellation; Bridge Transfers is the real deal if you want to get out. I had the good fortune to work with Mike Rice, who explained how the process would work and helped draft an agreement that protected my interest that I was comfortable with. Mike and Charles Hearn, the owner of Bridge Transfers, who was actively involved, always took my calls and kept me informed throughout the process, which took about seven months. I am now free from my timeshare and maintenance fees, and a tremendous financial burden has been lifted. Thank you, Bridge Transfers; I only wish I had met you years ago.

We had tried several companies to assist us in exiting our timeshare but met with zero success. Charles and Bridge Transfers quickly responded to our request for assistance. Our home is in Oregon (timeshare was in Florida) so business was conducted over the phone and by e-mail. No problems encountered and they were very responsive to any questions we had. The overall process took about three months so have patience. With that said, at the end of the three month period we were very happy to have sold our timeshare without a hitch. I would recommend Bridge Transfers to anyone considering exiting a timeshare.

Charles and his team delivered on what was promised. Charles explained the process to us and gave us a time frame of when it would be accomplished. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they were spot on. We were out of out time share in less than 6 months.

We don't normally leave reviews, but we searched lots of timeshare release helpers. Most said they could CANCEL our timeshare. That sounded great, but it would cost a ton. Bridge Transfers brought a new approach where they would arrange a TRANSFER of our timeshare to someone else, and for less than half of the best offer we had before. It seemed a stretch, but they honored their price and they said they could get it done in 12 months. Well, 11+ months later, they got it done a few weeks early! And they did it not on 1 timeshare, but on 2 of them (yes, we were a dumb young couple). In our opinion, they are the fastest and the best buy!!! Transfer beats cancel in terms of value and speed, so look them up!

Our experience with Bridge was exactly what they said it would be. From the onset to completion, If we had any questions they were there to help us understand what was taking place - it was about a 4 month process and the results from Bridge were exactly what we had hoped for. He has been courteous and patient follows up with you keeps you in the loop about everything quick to respond to any questions that you may have addresses any and all concerns he didn't make me feel pressured into anything most importantly he kept his word. Charles did a great job, mainly he did what he said. He was able to complete the exit in 6 months and I did not have to pay another maintenance fee. Great job!!

Charles listened to my needs, allowed me to ask questions and provided detailed information to me. He was kind enough to walk me through the information about his company to calm my concerns. Anger, disappointment, and deceit are motivational factors that inspire a person to sit down and fire off a letter of complaint. We get so use to having to entertain disingenuous scripted dialogues designed to separate the listener from his money. When we realize that our trust or judgment was disrespected, it causes a fever of destructive will aimed at the deceptor.

I'm taking the time out of my very demanding day to write this letter because I too was inspired. My situation was in need of repair after my trust and judgment suffered because of deception. Once you seek help and get in that algorithm, your phone does not stop ringing from calls preying on our need to be repaired. Deceit due to the need of the seller to make the sale. This only compounds the disappointment when all we were looking for is a restoration of hope that we will be rescued. I am a veteran of commissioned sales, which compels me to write this letter to applaud Mike Rice.
His delivery was sincere as was his desire to help me. When he assessed my needs and realized that it would be improbable that what he offered would not repair my issue, he told me so. He did not try to CON-vince me to separate myself from my hard-earned money. He showed compassion by not dismissing me once he realized he could not serve me. He leaned on his professionalism to suggest another avenue of which I could pursue. He did not give me false expectations, but rather another option of which to explore. That type of professionalism is missing and very necessary for long term success. I thank Mike for his awareness of my frustration and for not taking advantage of me in my dire condition. This type of professionalism encourages people to want to do business with Mike because he earns trust in a time of despair.

Mike, I thank you and I hope you share this with your superiors. A letter written by a grateful consumer who is anxious to extend your virtual business card to ANYONE I venture across who can use your help. I have been in this game for over 40 years, and I respect one of your caliber. I don't need to wish you well; success is already your fate. Stay strong and stay true to your principles and character.
