Hade a good experience buying my new van from Bridgend Van Centre, they were very knowledgeable and gave me a fair price for my T6 Transporter, we had a good look around the showroom witout being hassled by salesperson, the van I bought is very impressive and have already recommended Bridgend Van Centre to a few of my customers, which I don't do lightly.

They produce great walk around videos of the vehicles and go into depth describing the vehicles they sell.
My purchasing plan with BVC went well a great buying experience was had.

We recently bought our Transit Custom from Bridgend Van Centre and honestly, from the first phone call to driving away with the van, the whole experience was brilliant.

We travelled up from Plymouth, so buying a van that far from home could have felt like a bit of a gamble, especially when spending that amount of money, but Darren and Elliott made everything so easy.

From the minute we arrived, there was absolutely no pressure. Darren let us have a wander around at our own pace, look at the different vans and take our time deciding what we wanted. He was so friendly, relaxed and easy to deal with — nothing felt rushed or like too much trouble.

Anything we pointed out or had questions about was discussed and, where needed, sorted there and then. The whole sale was just effortless, which is exactly what you want when you’re making such a big purchase.

Before we headed back to Plymouth, Darren took the time to go through everything in the van with us, making sure we were happy and knew how everything worked. That little bit of extra time really meant a lot and definitely put our minds at rest before the journey home.

A massive thank you to Darren, Elliott and everyone at Bridgend Van Centre for making the whole experience such a positive one. We absolutely love the van and genuinely couldn’t have asked for better service.

So I recently purchased a transit custom off the guys at Bridgend.
I purchased the van without viewing it in person and put a lot of trust into watching video clips of it as it’s a bit of a distance to get to.
Both Darren and Elliot were excellent with communicating via both telephone calls and emails. They went out of there way to reply to questions I even had reply’s on evenings or on the weekend.
They don’t pressure you at all with any purchase which is a massive selling point for me. The van came exactly as they said it would, it was delivered to me within 2 minutes of the day and time stated. I would definitely buy again from bridged van centre.
