domme support die de regels niet weten omtrent btw teruggave en retour, je kunt niet meer annuleren nadat je een bestelling hebt geplaatst. Als je vervolgens te kennen geeft dat je het pakket dan kan weigeren aan de deur wordt er doodleuk gezegd dat dit weer door hun geweigerd wordt en dat je de retourkosten (die niet bestaan) moet betalen. Ik blijf hier in het vervolg ver weg.

"Log-in geweigerd! Uw account is niet geactiveerd of geblokkeerd. Heeft u uw activerings e-mail niet ontvangen en op de link geklikt?"

Dat zegt toch wel genoeg over hoe kinderachtig deze mensen zijn... ik kan nu geeneens mijn bestelling terugsturen als ik het al zou willen!

Ordered Stranger Things Lego for my 11 year old son for Christmas on 10th December and the website stated that delivery would be between 14-16 December. As of 16 December the tracking has stated it does not know when it will be delivered. I have asked Brickshop to look into what’s going on and as of 27 December I have yet to hear back. I had 1 extremely disappointed boy on Christmas morning and their customer service is appalling. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Trusted seller - easy process, good price, speedy delivery.

I’m so incredibly disappointed in the service and communication from brickshop.eu. I’ve been a buyer there for years, as they have an excellent selection, but unfortunately, as it turns out, not the customer service to match it. I bought three Lego watches there as Christmas presents for my triplet sons, chose expensive (25euro) shipping and had to pay a 2.5% visa fee. After payment I was informed they only had two watches, and had refunded one. I asked them to cancel the entire order as I can’t give two watches to three boys, and they refused. They told me I should have checked my order properly before checking out, even though I had, and the problem was due to their own stock error. When I wrote back, they stopped replying, until they send a message telling me the order had been shipped. I’ve literally spent thousands of euros in this shop over the years, and this is what you get. They make an error, but won’t help fix it. So disappointing. I’ve been forced to pay a total of of almost 90euros for two products I can’t use.
