Not sure how to rate when the starter package I was sold without the main thing that starts the device( a battery) odd thing to have in the STARTER KIT section as you need power to start anything. Kinda like... (seller) thanks for purchasing this brand new car ....(buyer) but there is no engine...( seller) gotta buy that separately...( buyer) well damn if I'd known that I would have bought that initially when I made the purchase as to not double or triple my shipping times.
