The customer service I received was excellent. The staff member went out of their way to help me and delivered the items as promised within a really short time frame. I definitely recommend.

I was interested in purchasing a remplenish bottle and contacted Breathefirst for some assistance. I received a prompt response and helpful advice about how to reserve a bottle in the colour that was temporarily out of stock. I did this and the bottle came soon after as I was advised. Great product, great service. Thank you

Disappointed
I bought the munchies for myself and for my 6-year-old child but both of us found it very painful even after using it regularly for 3 weeks. I tried trimming but it still hurts and now we are unable to even use the REMplenish bottle as the area behind our upper teeth is always sore.

Thank you for your review, and we’re really sorry to hear the products felt uncomfortable for you and your child.
Many of our customers and patients do report positive results with these products, but we understand that comfort can vary from person to person. We did send an email to offer a call and see how we could help improve comfort, but we haven’t heard back yet. Quick service and interesting…
Quick service and interesting experience. Time will tell if my snoring improves. The instruction book that came with it was a bit vague that the straw needs to go above the tongue as the tongue touches the front teeth. I figured that out by watching the online video. Since then it has been getting easier by the day.

Comprehensive, professional and forward thinking
What an incredibly knowledgeable and comprehensive assessment we had with Emily Kirkcaldy, for my 8 year old who has overcrowding and a tendency to mouth breath. As a dentist myself , this assessment and the methods to treat and resolve dysfunctional breathing makes complete sense and the benefits to my daughter are already showing. I would highly recommend pursuing this method of treatment early in childhood. It does need commitment though so you need to be prepared to do the homework.

Myofunctional Therapy
I would highly recommend them for Myofunctional therapy, Emily is very knowledgeable and is very experienced with diagnosing tongue ties. I had Myofunctional therapy excersies for seven months to get ready for my tongue tie release. I had my tongue tie release after three months and it was highly successful with a very experienced provider.

I had to pay 20 euros for customs at the delivery time, on top of the shipping costs. It is so overpriced

We’re really sorry to hear that unexpected customs fees affected your experience. Unfortunately, for international orders (outside the UK and USA), import duties and local taxes are set by your country’s customs office and are outside of our control.
We do try to make this as clear as possible — it’s shown in a yellow notice on the checkout page (just above the order total) and detailed in our Delivery & Returns policy before purchase.

Highly recommend Breathe First for their myofunctional therapy services and their general approach. Our experience with them has outstanding.
We traveled 4 hours to their clinic and I’m so glad that we did.
The assessment was very professional, personal and detailed.
Emily was extremely knowledgeable, answered all our questions and was brilliant with our little girl.
It’s a real eye opening assessment and we’re really grateful for their services, there’s not many in the UK that provide them.
