This has been one of the most frustrating prop-firm experiences I’ve ever had.
I passed Phase 1 and Phase 2 legitimately, followed the rules, traded clean, and even received the official certificate. Then KYC happened: I failed because a VPN was on. I live in Qatar and use VPN only for WhatsApp calls—I simply forgot to turn it off before submitting KYC. I never used a VPN while trading (Phase 1 or 2). No intent, no advantage, just an accident — yet they labeled it a “hard breach” and closed the account. Support was slow and unprofessional throughout.
They later reinstated me, but with ridiculous payout restrictions (including a 15% consistency rule and other impossible conditions).
Then I bought a 10K two-step and passed again. I risked $251 on a 2.5% limit (literally $1 over). Support first said it’s fine and I’d get the account with light restrictions — then they denied the live account and suddenly claimed a news-rule breach, even though that rule didn’t apply to my purchase date. Total inconsistency.
After all this, I left a Trustpilot review. They eventually gave the account. I traded, made around 2% profit, and right when I felt the payout was finally close, my account got blocked. When I asked why, they said the team is aware of the review.
That’s not transparency. That’s not professionalism. That’s punishment for speaking up.
If you value fairness, consistent rule enforcement, and basic respect — be very careful with Breakthrough Capital.

I had a very bad experience with Breakthrough Capital. I was not informed that requesting a payout before the withdrawal date would lead to a cycle reset. This rule was nowhere mentioned in their official rules or on their website. As a first-time user, I applied in good faith, unaware of this system auto-rejection rule

Their support repeatedly gave automated responses without addressing my concerns leading to frustration I contacted them everywhere by email Instagram and other channels but received no response This lack of transparency and poor customer service is unfair to users.

I do not recommend using their services

I had a very good experience with Breakthrough Capital. They paid my payout without issues, and their support team is truly outstanding. The support is friendly, professional, and very fast at resolving any concerns.

I just received my payout from Breakthrough Capital, and the experience was straightforward and professional. No hidden drama, no excuses, and no unnecessary delays, the payout was processed as promised, received within 48 hours of requesting. Their rules are clear, execution is fair, and spreads/slippage were reasonable during my trading period. I had a complain about slippage only once but it didn't create any issue for my trading or the payout and the team solved my query very quickly. What I respect most is that they actually honor profitable traders instead of finding loopholes to deny payouts. If you’re disciplined, follow the rules, and trade properly, this firm does what a prop firm is supposed to do: pay traders who perform.

I've had a great experience with Breakthrough, got multiple payouts(over 2.5k). The team also is always there to help and sort everything out.

This is My first ever payout in my trading and since many people talk about rejecting payouts nowdays and all that, i was always thinking how will my first payout go and it went perfect like they paid in less than 48h. There was no problem at all and the customer service was also very friendly and helpfull so iam forever grateful to them. I hope this propfirm stays like this and i recommend to every trader to try the propfirm and stick to it.

breakthrough capital os one if the best firms in the industry I can't lie. they've got the cheapest instant funding accounts and also good rules. they payout deserving traders. 10/10 in my opinion. i already got my first payout of the year. more to come

From my personal experience, this company invents new 'rules' at random just to avoid paying traders. Today, my payout was rejected because they claimed that I had traded US30, US100 and US500 in Phases 1 and 2, but only US30 and US100 in the funded phase. They claimed that this was a 'new strategy' and used it as an excuse to block my payout. This 'rule' does not exist anywhere.

One of the owners, Kareem, often says that he is a Muslim and would never take money unfairly from traders who follow the rules. Based on what happened to me, his words do not match his actions.

They have also changed their Trustpilot name from 'Breakthrough Capital' to 'BTTAC' and removed their logo, which seems like an attempt to hide negative reviews.

Their challenge prices look attractive, but in my experience, you will never receive a payout, no matter how cleanly you trade. It feels like a complete scam, and I would strongly advise others to steer clear.

Update:
I asked the staff directly if what I did was a rule break. They literally told me “nah bro, that’s fine.” I have the screenshot.
Even after confirming it’s not a violation, they still denied my payout. This shows they don’t follow their own rules and can reject payouts even when their own staff says everything is okay.

Good firm overall. They had a rough patch last year, but it definitely feels like they’ve turned things around. It’s just unfortunate that I joined when things were at their worst. Since then though, I’ve been paid out, and the conditions and support team have been good.

Team is extremely active they give support in few minutes through their discord and resolve any legit problem!
