Priscillia was great!!! We played the haunting and would come back to try the 5 star difficulty rooms

Took 5 kids aged 12-13 for my daughter's birthday. Really great customer service from our host called Amelia. She was great with the kids, giving them clues and even playing music that they requested by One Direction :) They were really close to escaping so Amelia gave them a few extra minutes so that they could escape. Kids loved it, would highly recommend.

Really enjoyed breakout Manchester. We done the identity room and found it great fun. Our age range was from 11 to over 70 and all of us was able to crack different clues. Emma the host was so lovely and a great help when needed! Will definitely return.

So after making this booking in goodwill for my wife and party, the day before the member of the group who the booking was made for as a birthday celebration suffered a medical emergency which meant the booking could not be fulfilled, but the attitude of this business is diabolical, no refund policy in circumstances like this shouldn’t even come into it. My family members and myself have been several times before but after this terrible experience never again, I can’t see any justification for not issuing a full refund 🤬

Went to this a year ago I think, just found the trip advisor card in my wallet! We were in the Sabotage room and Adil was our game operator. Had a lovely time!

With escape rooms, each person will have different preferences but I strongly believe that a room must have a linear sequence. So that as you get each clue you know what to do next and you're not stuck with a whole bunch of clues and no idea what to do with each one. When booking a room you can call to find out if it is linear so you know what you're getting!
Most wanted - good room but not highly clever. Also, the bonus part distracts from the game and can be quite a letdown - you don't get to use the whole room:( But good sequence and fun puzzles. We didn't need much help...
Facility x - ZERO SEQUENCE. We did not enjoy this room at all. Was too hard and too small and claustrophobic:( Too many props and too confusing.
The Feist (Liverpool) - LOVED THIS ROOM!!! It's a great room:) you must try it!
Vacancy - Loved this room:) Very much a sequence bc its split into lots of small rooms so much easier to follow through.... Original and fun!
Enchanted has no sequence, Cursed Carnival and Virus are brilliant with a good sequence!!
In general, when a room has an a and b it often means that b has been more developed so is usually better so try stick with the bs!
