I have a Nationwide Flex plus account which I get the cover provided through. On Tues 23/7 my son had a puncture and no spare tyre so I called Britannia for assistance. The whole process was seemless and so well organised. The lady who took the call confirmed what would happen there and then timescales and name of pick up company. A faultless service would definatley recommend this company!! Britannia thanks for your help in my time of need you certainly took all the worry out of organising everything!!

I was stuck out on the A2 at two o'clock on a Sunday night/Monday morning a while back and they were there in 20 minutes, and got my car fixed and on the road again within 10 minutes, highly recommended.
