I hired this company to renew a bathroom and to make a pergola. We had the worst experience possible. For the bathroom they promised in 2 weeks and end up after 2 month not finishing the job, they would come one day then vanish for few days, no communication on the status, I had to be visiting the site to give orientation to their worker as their boss would rarely be there to instruct the worker. The worker installed the taps upside down, the shower the wrong way (had to open the wall to fix), lost part of heater radiator, left unfinished silicone, ceiling not painted with many marks, a tile under sink with 2 open squares, broke the sink bottom, and to my surprise one month later I had a leaking due to improper installation of sink pipes and inadequate pipe used. Bear in mind Brasa requested add payment for materials (pipes and wood) of almost 2k.

The pergola is such a bad work, he advertises as luxurious pergola but as he includes material to price, he delivered very bad quality, 3 months later I already had leakage inside the pergola, water splashing because he refused to add gutters, I had to ask him to repair many nails pointing out to both sides, outside of pergola was not covered, very ugly to my neighbours side. (lack of professionalism).

The company owner also would not acknowledge their mistakes, push responsibility to others and when a professional plumber came to fix the leakage of bathroom that Brasa building denied was their pipes, he simply blocked me on WhatsApp, never replied. He still use on instagram the video of my bathroom that I did not autorize and asked him to delete. (The bathroom with a cat) Very unprofessional, absolutely do not recommend!

Brasa had just finished my pergola and I couldn't be happier. Brilliant finishings, extremely well executed work. They are nice, respectful. I will surely hire Brasa Building again.

My wife and I got Brasa Building to built a pergola. It was the worse thing we could have done.
This company is a scam.
Pergola badly done, cheap material, the finishing/details are just horrible.
And the owner will block you on WhatsApp and won't take your calls.
Also I checked and this company is not registered anywhere. This means that they tell you the companybis fully insured, but it is not. Cowboys! Scam!

Pigs would do a better work than this “company” check the good reviews, only family and friends, joke!!

Could not be happier with the work carried out by Brasa Building. The project was well organised, communication was clear throughout and the end result exceeded our expectations. A reliable and trustworthy company that I would happily recommend.

Really pleased with our bathroom upgrade. The team was punctual, tidy and clearly took pride in their work. Everything was finished within the agreed timeframe and the standard of workmanship was top class.

Brasa Building did an amazing job on our pergola. From the first conversation through to installation, everything was handled professionally. Great attention to detail, clear communication and the final result looks even better than expected.

I had nothing to say about George and his company and the guys who work here at my house it’s a mid terrace house from 1970’s we are planning to do only en suite but George was great and flex the payments for me and help me a lot with the materials for my bathroom so we decided start the master bathroom as well everything running perfect. Obviously I noticed a leak going out from my box of en-suite bathroom and I call him and he come back another day, was just the silicone around the box but nothing else.
I’m so happy with Brasa was 6 months ago and my bathroom it’s running very well if something change I came back here.

My husband and I hired Brasa Building to renovate our bathrooms. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.

On the first day of the project, our bathroom was flooded. Throughout the job, we experienced ongoing communication issues, with calls and messages often going unanswered for several days. We were also asked to pay additional money beyond the original agreed price on multiple occasions.

The project significantly exceeded the agreed timeline, and less than half of the work was completed. Once the completion date stated in the contract had passed, we issued formal notice to terminate the agreement.

After we sent the termination notice, the owner came to our property against our clearly expressed wishes.

When the contract ended, a substantial portion of the work remained unfinished, including the toilet waste pipe, which was left hanging outside the back of our house. We subsequently hired another company to complete the renovation.

Based on our experience, we would not use this company again.

While they state that the company has restructured, I can only speak to our direct experience and how our project was handled.

Since posting my review, there have been repeated attempts to have it removed, and I have been blocked from the company’s social media accounts.

The owner of the company remains the same individual who managed our project and was our primary point of contact throughout the issues we experienced.

We stand by our account of events, which reflects our genuine experience as customers.

Absolutely delighted with the pergola Brasa Building installed for us. The workmanship is excellent, the team was reliable and everything was completed on schedule. It has completely changed how we use our garden and we are very happy with the quality.

A quick Google search will tell you all you need to know about this company. Absolutely Dreadful.

Very disappointed with the work carried out at our property. His attitude stinks too. Blaming customers after they forked out their well earned money.

I hired BRASA BUILDING (brasabuilding.ie) to renovate two bathrooms and install a kitchen splashback. The project started positively, but as work progressed, serious issues appeared and the job was ultimately left unfinished.
I repeatedly had to chase George to return and properly seal toilets, sinks, and shower areas. Some problems were never resolved. A shower window was installed incorrectly, which caused leaks into the corridor. The bathtub was sealed without removing the plastic protective cover, leaving a dirty and unprofessional finish. Tiles were poorly grouted, misaligned, and some were visibly damaged. The kitchen splashback finish is also unacceptable, with misaligned and loose plugs.
The shower doors were installed upside down. I was later told the poor result was due to “low-quality products,” which does not explain incorrect installation. George later admitted it took him a full day, with help from another worker, because he did not know how to fit them.
Adrian, who completed part of the tiling, did good work. Unfortunately, most of the work carried out by George himself was substandard and had to be corrected. I had to hire another professional to finish the bathrooms, reinstall radiators, and fix leaks and damage left behind. This led to extra costs, delays, and significant stress.
Communication was very unprofessional. Agreed deadlines were missed, and I was blamed for arriving at scheduled times and “distracting” him. Later, I was told the job location was too far away, despite this not being an issue when the contract was agreed. Eventually, my calls and messages went unanswered, and I was blocked on WhatsApp and social media.
I was told there had been an offer to redo or fix the work, but this never happened in practice, despite a signed contract mentioning a 5-year warranty. Holes were left in bathroom walls, which I documented and shared. My concerns were not taken seriously.
Almost 11 months later (20/12/2025), I finally received a reply to an email. Expecting immediate availability for rework after such a long delay felt unreasonable.
I am not satisfied with the work on either bathroom or the kitchen splashback. The house is only usable because I paid other professionals to correct the issues.
Update 24/12/25: A date and time were agreed for someone to fix the splashback, but no one arrived. A refund was then offered, which I have still not received, and my last messages requesting an update have gone unanswered.
Update 07/01/26: I was told the refund would only be paid if I removed my reviews. I am documenting all communication.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company due to poor workmanship, unfinished work, lack of accountability, and very poor communication.

I had a great experience with this company, which remodeled two bathrooms in my home. From start to finish, the team was professional, reliable, and attentive to details. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and everything was completed on time and within the agreed budget.

I requested a quote from Brasa Building, but when I was ready to move forward and sign the contract, they acted as if the initial quote was the actual contract and omitted any detail about timelines, quality assurance and guarantees. This is very suspicious and due to their lack of professionalism, I decided not to hire them.

Terrible customer service. I sent a detailed plan for what I want to do in my yard in my request to them. They had me wait for 2 weeks before they eventually replied and yet still asked questions that were already in my proposal. They clearly didn't read, super unprofessional and seems like a waste of time.

Brasa built a beautiful pergola for my patio, and I’m genuinely impressed by their professionalism. The installers were kind, respectful, and explained every step of the process. A few weeks after completion, I noticed minor dripping after strong rain. I called them, and they promptly came back to make adjustments. Everything has been perfect ever since. My outdoor space feels completely transformed.
