Don't bother ordered unless your okay with long refund waits if they don't fit.
I ordered two bikini tops ready for my holiday, after checking to see where they were, I realised I had an email letting me know both weren't in stock and asking if I'd like to choose two others instead. I decided on two others and they were sent out. One was cheaper than the original I had ordered, no offer of a refund of the difference, but I didn't mind as up until this point communication had been okay and so I was just willing to take a small hit on it. They arrived but neither fit. I am an awkward size and so this isn't a reflection of the quality or the sizing of the product. I asked for the return address to send them back as at this point I had waited a while and wanted to shop locally as I was running out of time. I was given the returns address and sent them back as soon as I could that week. After waiting a few weeks for my refund, and noticing tracking had shown delivered a few days after I had returned them, I contacted them to be told a personal story of why she hadnt processed the refund. Although I sympathise with people and understand things happen out of our control, I am a customer and not a friend and your personal life should not effect my finances, so it was unprofessional for this to happen. It took a month for me to finally recieve my refund, from the date they recieved the item back, and I wasnt even refunded the full amount, not to mention I had also paid for the return delivery with tracking out of my own pocket. She then had the cheek to ask me where I ordered my bikinis that did fit so she can look at Stocking them. Absolute joke and don't recommend anyone ordering from here.
