Hired a scaffold tower over the weekend. Pricing unclear at time of hire, no mention of VAT or damage waiver being added to final price. In store staff didn't care when queried about price discrepancy equipment was well used but just about serviceable.

Hired a floor scrubber, BUT due to mobility issues we were unable to use the machine complete waste of money would have thought on picking it up I would have been advised we would not be able to use it.

Ordered a post knocker in advance, rang up day before collection, saying it might not be available, I'd just have to ring and see if is. (It wasent) incompetent, arrogant staff. Crap customer service. Will never use again.

Used Brandon hire for internal scaffolding. It was our first time to hire DIY equipment. Website was simple to use, all costs were clear and communication was excellent from booking to pick-up. A delivery and pick-up window was provided and a call from the driver to say he is on his way.
What made the experience even better was the service with a smile.

Hired a Bumpa tile lift from Bradford branch for 1 day, was quote £96 plus deliveryof £50. Lift didnt turn up until late morning and I off hired it at 4pm. Was charged £286 for the days hire. Rang to complain but got no call back so will need to pursue again.
Tile lifter arrived broken and I had to repair before use. Worst company I have dealt with. Could not recommend and will not use again.

If you are considering renting from Brandon Hire Station Bradford, I urge you to reconsider. I recently had the misfortune of dealing with this company.

We hired a floor sander and a hand sander for a single day. The company did NOT deliver until 3 pm! This tardiness alone was annoying enough, considering I had taken a day off work to complete my project. However, my problems were only just beginning.

To my dismay, the floor sander malfunctioned after just a few hours of usage. In an attempt to remedy the situation, the company kindly replaced the broken machine, but the replacement didn't arrive until 2 pm the following day. The delay in delivering the replacement forced me to take another day off work, causing further inconvenience and loss of wages. The shop manager, Luke, seemed somewhat sympathetic and offered to replace our machine at no extra charge, which, to be fair, was the least they could do under the circumstances.

The new machine, thankfully, worked fine and was due for collection the following day. However, their lack of organisation became evident once more when nobody turned up to collect it. Despite multiple voicemail messages being left, the same delivery driver arrived on the fourth day, claiming they could not find us!!!!

What's worse, they then had the audacity to add an extra day's charge, increased the damage waiver, added a delivery fee and VAT on top!

Upon contacting Luke once again, his response was disheartening, to say the least. His lackadaisical attitude did nothing to address my concerns, making it abundantly clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for Brandon Hire Station Bradford. His total indifference left me thinking who on Earth would want to work with someone like that?!

I am left with no other option than to advise potential customers to stay well clear of this branch/company. It is clear to me that they are more interested in lining their pockets than in providing a reliable service or even the most basic level of customer care. I assure you, I will never use their services again, and I hope this review can save someone else from a similar, incredibly frustrating experience.

The service was amazing. I was able to book late Friday afternoon for delivery Saturday morning. The delivery man was very helpful and friendly. I needed to keep the scaffold for an extra day so phoned early Monday morning and they sorted it for me straight away. I would highly recommend.

Competitive price. Delivered and collected promptly. Staff and delivery drivers all great
