The worse ever company. Took money, never responded to emails. Package showing that came to location. Contacted forwarder - package number exist but never came to me and forwarder said contact company for the cancelation it has nothing to do with us

And they simply ignoring e-mails.
It’s complete fraud

Bralvin is fake as hell. They keep showing this weight set forv$40 that actually cost over$700. Do not order from them please@

This company is fraudulent. The products don’t exist. They give you bodgy delivery link which updates with fake information.
They then said it was delivered which it wasn’t. I contacted them several times and they kept saying it was delivered then tonight the said the logistics company delivered it wrong and said I could have a 10% refund. I declined that and said I wanted a full refund they said not because the lost money as well.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY OR OTHER ONES THAT SELL THE SAME ARTIFICIAL PLANTS.
This company is a scam and fraudulent

I’m very disappointed about this Bralvin.com. I came across this site off of Pinterest. I placed an order 6/13/2026. Payment was accepted on 6/14/2026. I watched status PENDING for weeks and then I watched it moved from PENDING to SHIPPING. I got really excited to find out it supposedly delivered 19 days ago. I have not received my purchase, I tried to go back to get refund. It instructed me reach out to a website 17TRACK that is written in Chinese. I have a tracking number, what good it is if I cannot located my purchase. I am sad of the beautiful flowers arrangement I thought I will be getting has been taken/stolen/ or never shipped. Lesson LEARNED.

Ik had via Pinterest een tent gekocht. Achteraf te mooi om waar te zijn. Tent is dus nooit geleverd. Geen enkel contact met Bralvin mogelijk 3x naar support gemaild geen reactie. Toen bij creditcard betwisting aangevraagd en gelukkig mijn geld terug. Bralvin zijn oplichters dus niet kopen

Een paar maanden geleden een bestelling gedaan en betaald maar niets ontvangen!!!

TOTAL SCAM. Day one I check order status pending. Day two I checked, it says shipped but on the same day I ordered. Day 3 I checked status. It says Data not found. I sent them email asking for refund. Totally No response. Why the platform still allowed this kind of scam ?

Very disappointing experience with Bralvin.

I placed an order with Bralvin, but I never received the product. Although the tracking information indicated that the shipment had been processed, I was never provided with reliable proof of delivery, such as valid courier details, delivery confirmation, signature, or any official evidence that the package was actually delivered.

I repeatedly contacted the company requesting clear information about the shipment, including the parcel details and proof of delivery, but I did not receive a satisfactory response. The tracking information appeared inconsistent, and there was no way to independently verify that the package had reached me.

When I requested a full refund due to the lack of proof that the order was delivered, the issue was not resolved in a clear and transparent way.

I strongly recommend caution before purchasing from this company. The lack of transparency regarding shipping and delivery information, combined with the difficulty in getting clear answers, has seriously affected my trust in Bralvin.

Não recebi o produto, o rastreamento indica como entregue. Nunca recebi qualquer mail de confirmação de pagamento. Contactei o serviço ao cliente pelo mail indicado e não obtenho resposta.
SCAM. FRAUDE. VIGARISTAS.

Goods not delivered. Shipping tracking information told that item was delivered, but no way to contact shipping agency, and Bralvin customer service which is supposed to answer in 24h, I have no reply.

Still trying to get response, but seems this is scam.

Be carful I never got a email that I payed the products in this page. It is a frauds.

Never recieved the item, like lots of others here. They say it's been delivered, then ignore you.

Had het moeten weten bij bestelling van iets dat elders 10x meer kost, maar gokken mag.
Zolang het spel eerlijk gespeeld wordt en je terugbetaald wordt op het einde van het spel....

Si tratta di una vera e propria truffa! non vi verrà mai consegnato nulla e nessuna risposta alle vostre email-
Mi dispiace però dire che PInterest dovrebbe evitare di dare spazio ad aziende che truffano.
non è l'unica società con sede in Cina che fa queste cose.

I truthfully just put a order in. Now I am nervous. If I get my product promptly I will give a fantastic review! Otherwise I promise this won't end. But like I said, I will do my part in raving this company! I ordered today. Stay tuned!
Well.. that was on 11/29/25 and still nothing. Wrote to them twice.
No responses. I will wait a few more days and if nothing I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK and write to the BBB! Stay tuned..
Well here I am Christmas Day. No my orders did NOT come. Just broken promises it arrived here. No IT DID NOT, they are thieves! Tried saying have courier check everywhere in the post office. Told me to track package, and it doesn't work! I am calling Better Business Bureau and fight this. I WILL get my money back! NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN! IT'S BS

I ordered something and I never received it and now they are being assholes to take charge that they only want to give me back the 10%

I’m just wondering if anybody has posted any comments regarding the back end of this company the people that work to approve the purchases and I required to put large some of money in to get the money that they’ve burned out

card debited, no product. They say they have shipped it but the tracking number is false. We're lucky to have got our money back from Visa who are now pursuing Bralvin
UPDATE. VISA REFUNDED ME SO THEY WILL NOW TAKE UP THE CHALLENGE. A LOT MORE POTENT THAN ANY INDIVIDUAL.HOPEFULLY THEY WILL BLACKLIST BRALVIN EVEN IF THEY MANAGE TO GET THEIR MONEY BACK.
