Great customer service
Great customer service. Unfortunately eco slabs break easily in transport and expect slabs laid will fail in time. Customer service excellent but can't expect them to continually replace broken slabs over time.

Reasonably fast delivery although one unit was broken on the pallet.
The dimensions of the units are a bit confusing so I don't think I bought quite enough!

Great Service
Order arrived on time and in great condition. Turned out I had miscalculated and had more stone than required. Called customer support and return qas organised within a week. Also nice followup call to make sure all was well

Sandstone stepping stones
We ordered sandstone stepping stones which look great in our woodland path. A few were broken on the delivery pallet and Bradstone replaced them very quickly with some extra stones. Great product and great customer service

Material Quality exceptionally high grade
We ordered the free sample, which we loved, and placed an order for 94 square meters of Raptura porcelain pavers. Everything went fine, comms were excellent, and delivery was on the day we requested, just as it should be.

Having looked into your delivery I can see that your order was placed on the 4th March and delivered on the 7th but we haven't been made aware of any issues regarding your delivery.
If you wish to discuss any elements of delivery you were unhappy with please give or office a call on 01335 372289 and we can look into this for you.
Extending our patio
We built a patio in 2022 and decided this year to lift it and extend it out. Looked around everywhere to find the same slabs at a reasonable price. The previous supplier no longer did them, and being on a slight budget we wanted to reuse the originals. Found them direct on the Bradstone website. We were prepared for them to be a slightly different colour due to the 3 year gap, but they were way closer in match than we could have hoped for. Delivery was prompt and the price was decent. Happy with our purchase.

Check pitched walling sizes before using
I bought a Kandla Grey sandstone project pack, which was really good quality, consistent thickness and nice-looking stone. I also bought some Bradstone pitched walling in grey, which looks really nice but unfortunately my batch varied hugely in both length and depth by up to 25mm, despite being described as being ‘precision cut for ease of installation’ and supposedly having a ‘consistent size and shape’. Apparently, their tolerances should be +/-3mm and I just received a faulty batch that shouldn’t have been sent out, but it wasn’t discovered until my builder started to lay them so it was too late to do anything about it. The variation caused huge problems for my builder, who sadly didn’t have the patience to try to make the best of the situation, so the joints on my wall vary wildly and I’m left with a very untidy-looking wall. Bradstone have offered me a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill but I would advise others to check the bricks when you receive them, as if you happen to get a faulty batch too apparently they can be replaced before they’re laid.
