I did not like to pay more for transportation of a small parcel than the price of the parts I ordered.
I think you should have a cheaper transport solution for small not heavy parts!

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the shipping cost for your order.
As your delivery address is outside the EU, the shipping price of €35 covers not only the transport itself but also customs clearance, insurance, and the reliable fast service we use to ensure safe delivery. For international shipments outside the EU, this is unfortunately not considered expensive by market standards.
We understand that for small and light parcels the shipping cost may feel high compared to the value of the parts. However, sending such parcels by regular postal service is unfortunately no longer reliable — they often take a long time to arrive and usually have no tracking number. For this reason, we choose UPS shipping to ensure your parts arrive quickly and safely.
