Speedy, swift service

Advertising the product at excluding VAT to try and scam people into buying when they think they are getting a bargain! Low moral tactics in the economic situation we are in. Poor form!

Great service, quick delivery

The reason that I have bought from BPS again and again is their very completive prices together with the speed of their order processing and delivery. They provide an excellent and dependable online service that living and working in Cornwall is very much valued.

Bought a used Anova Pro2 it was in as good as new condition and was delivered within a week of ordering. Only problem was nothing to do with BPS it was having to pay duty, Brexit is forcing Non UK customers to think twice about duty on all purchases.

Spoke to someone on the tawk chat app, regarding a used item, made them an offer on it (they had already offered it to me below the listed price) and the chat person said "weve already had 2 offers at full price" when i pointed out that if this were true they would have sold it - and informed chat person that they had offered it to me earlier that day for less.. they got very unprofessional - mardy in fact - having been caught out lying and said well now you cant have it for anything other than full price.
Fine I just wont buy it and you will end up reducing it, its been on offer for months already, and not only that but you get this crappy review and I will buy from Proav, Visual Impact and any of the other "PROFESSIONAL" companies that exist and dont treat their customers like a child - lying not a good attribute for a company

I have started purchasing items for my company through BPS and I could not recommend them enough. Their members of staff are incredibly helpful every single time we order from them (or even if we just have general queries), really efficient and on top of that they have competitive prices and a great variety of items in stock.

After I fumbled with my bank transfer over a holiday weekend, I was alerted to the problem by BPS. I was then able to rectify the problem and received the item promptly without delay.
The package was securely and thoughtfully packed and delivered by DHL Couriers the day after the payment cleared.
I an very happy with the purchase which works perfectly.
