The super fast delivery, ordered 2pm delivered 9am next day with a smile was fantastic. Customer service from Jamie first class. The parcel was well packed and secure. Great price for the Lastolite collapsible backdrop. Just over the moon with the overall experience, got to be 5 star here.

I think I spoke to Oliver on your chatline, and he was really helpful by giving me the Blackmagic phone number. When I phoned them the guy I spoke to in the sales dept. was able to answer my questions immediately, very unusual these days.

Terrible service. Nobody is sending me updates and the thing still hasn't arrived and it was supposed to arrive last week.

Really good service from BPS.
I had difficulty in finding my camera in stock anywhere. I visited the BPS website, found that it was in stock at a competitive price. I ordered it and it was delivered three days later. BPS acknowledged my order and quickly gave me the tracking instructions which were accurate. I thought that BPS delivered a great service and I am really pleased.
