Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service - Scott Girvan really went the extra mile to make sure that I was sorted with the correct inline duct heating system. I’m very grateful to him & will certainly shop at BPC again. Thanks Scott!

Highly recommend this firm

BPC were a great company to deal with.
I bought and installed an MVHR system in my three bed bungalow, which suffered with condensation problems.
They were able to design me a system using my hand drawn plan of the property, and put together a whole package at a very competitive price.
Good advice, good price, good kit, and my property is now condensation free and more energy efficient.

Bought a kit to install myself

Bought a kit to install myself. Guys at BPC were very helpful in providing all the plans I needed and advice. The system has improved the air quality in our house ten fold.

Outstanding Service

Outstanding customer service! I worked with David from sales. Never spoken to someone with such knowledge on ventilation systems he always had time to talk me through each part of the process!

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service the remote control for the fan broke after 9 months, but they told me that the 2-year warranty did not cover it, spend your money else ware.
