fantastic, quick and easy service.

Easy and very efficient way to sell.
The price is good and the returns material came almost be return post. The instructions were crystal clear and the payment was made within two days. Very very impressive. Would recommend to anyone with total confidence.

Knocked down the agreed price
Paid promptly but reduced the agreed price by five pounds because they said they did not have my bank details . I have read elsewhere that other people have complained of similar reductions . I wouldn't use them again on principal.

I am sorry you are unhappy but it is the customer's responsibility to provide their bank details before the payment is due.
We don't force you to enter them when you place an order in case you don't have them to hand but you can enter them any time before payment is due simply by logging in to your account.

Delivers on promise made efficiently
This is the first time I used such a service and the whole experience could not be better. Getting a quote was simple, processing the request was simple, getting the money that was promised happen efficiently and quickly. I can't think of anything to improve the service. Excellent!

Thank you for your feedback, it is much appreciated.
When we are sent non-working phones it can take a little longer to process as we have to diagnose and cost out the repairs before we are able to pay for them. Unfortunately in this case we were scuppered by the weekend otherwise it would have been no more than 24 hours.

Gold medal for professionalism.
Best prices offered and kept informed at all stages of the transaction. Packing sent out quickly and instructions were clear and concise. Payment cheque was posted out on return. Website very easy to use and well laid out. Overall a very satisfactory transaction.

Good choice no fuss
Free envelope was here in two days, had great choice weather to just post it threw post box or take it to post office to be tacked for FREE which I thought was great it also covers the phone for upto £50. I tracked my phone and was delivered on a Monday and on that night it was paid in to my PayPal account.
Very Happy.

Just to let you know we have changed our postage options. We still offer free tracking if you take it to the post office but we have replaced the option of putting in a post box with an even easier option, that of having your device collected from your house, so now you can send us your handsets without leaving home!
