I bought 10 of these rings for Christmas presents - all but 9 broke and I can only attribute this to the fact that it hasn't been work yet. Terrible product. Very little customer service - terrible terrible quality. They immediately break if you wash your hands - they fall apart quickly even without and they didn't offer me a refund.

Avoid this company at all costs. I placed an order and sent a formal cancellation request just 11 minutes later. They completely ignored the cancellation and illegally shipped the items the following day.
When I complained, they admitted in writing that their £98 rings are prone to discoloration from sweat and water (turning skin green). This is an admission that their products are not fit for purpose and are of sub-standard quality.
To make matters worse, they are now demanding I pay for international shipping to Spain to return items that I legally cancelled and they admitted are faulty. They have zero respect for UK consumer laws (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Absolute scam— stay away.

This is a cheap scam, low quality products used. When demanding a refund they just sent me a full re order of the same stuff

Like others said- this is a dropshipping scam. These are resold mass-produced rings that you can get for a couple dollars on sites like Temu and Aliexpress. The materials are low quality- just zinc-based, no stainless steel or silver plating. Up close you can tell the craftsmanship is poor. Save your money and don’t spend $40+ on dropshipped garbage

Fast shipping and great customer service. They responded to all of my emails and concerns promptly and without issue. The rings are exactly like in the ads and even work as real watches with a mini battery given in the package. I recommend fully.

I have not received my order. They use a dodgy currier service that has been offering contradictory information about my order. At one point Bozhirings insisted I should pick up my package from the currier instead of it being delivered, but the currier does not offer a pickup option. Finally after weeks of waiting the currier admits to the loss of my order. Three emails in and Bozhirings has not responded to me nor refunded me. Don’t waste your time or money! Bad communication if any and a complete lack of responsibility and customer service. It’s a scam!
