If I could I would give them a zero rating. Website confusing on location of event. Inadvertently ordered for a venue that was 1,000 miles from the location I wanted. Called within 5 minutes of ordering about the confusion and was told no refund. I could only get a voucher for 90 percent. Explained that a voucher was ridiculous given I was never going 1,000 miles to see an event. Customer service rep was useless and did nothing to resolve the issue. Ended up eating $250 cost of tickets. Worst ticket broker I’ve ever encountered. Avoid this company!!!

This is the only site where you don't get your tickets until the day before the event. Not very reassuring. Customer service could not give me a reason for that.

This was a scary company to deal with. The tickets were extremely overpriced, when I found out and tried to cancel my ticket they argued I could not. They were not going to send me my ticket until a couple days before the show. This made me so nervous, I finally contacted my bank and they helped me by giving me a credit. I never received the ticket from the company,. I would steer clear.

I way overpaid for the tickets. Will not use this site again.

Ordered tickets for my son to see monster trucks. Intentionally paid for the more expensive seats. Ended up with my back against the wall in the very back of the nosebleeds. I called their customer service and asked for their physical address. They hung up on me and blocked my number.

STAY AWAY! Terrible seller. They charge twice the going rate and charge is in USA dollars which isn’t evident right away. So a $50 can ticket cost $159 after they charged hidden fees. I was able to get about $40 cdn back in a refund.
I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND RECOMMEND YOU AVOID THEM AS WELL.

Easy to navigate

The seat selection was easy to do but the fees charged added almost another 50% to the price.

I went to the site a friend of mine told me she had bought tickets to the Jason aldean and Ella Langley concert in Bellville Tx Rock the Country .com. She had recently bought tickets for $119 dollars what I saw a $188 dollars with an explanation that very few tickets left and the price of those tickets were higher. Then found out after buying the tickets I was sent to the wrong site. When I went back to the rock the country website it sent to another ticket sellers and they were $119. I call the company I bought mine from and they were rude would not refund me just said prices vary from site to site.

"BOTS" came through much better than I had expected. When I made the early purchase for my tickets (5 months in advance of the concert), I saw how long the lead time for receiving them was going to be and I was therefore concerned about my purchase. However, I decided to make the purchase , and I received enough emails to keep me satisfied and hopeful all the way up to the point of receiving the tickets just two weeks later. I noticed online that just about every website gets good and bad reviews alike . All I can say here is that my experience was very positive and I appreciate just how much BOTS has stepped up their game!

The tickets had great seats and I received them 2 weeks before the game, which was great. The ticket price was a little higher than the face value. Otherwise it was a great experience.

I feel the business is deceptive in their pricing wrt what they charge vs the the face value of the ticket (x2) and excessively high processing fees. The whole time I thought I was talking with the real box office, not this outfit- BEWARE!!

Stay away from this outfit or if you have to make sure you know what the mark up for both the ticket and the fees are relative to face value, this place is a rip off- they say they are just meeting market demand.

Also, the tickets we received, claim that they will be updated automatically the day of the event- we'll see and will update this as appropriate.

Tickets were ordered in December 2025 for an event on Sun. May 10, 2026. After three months, the tickets still have not been delivered. They are now projecting that the tickets will be delivered only 24 hours before the event. This is unacceptable as it leaves no recourse if there are problems with the ticket delivery (and no service help will be available on the weekend).

I have not received my tickets

Outrageous to charge $45 each for service charge IN ADDITION TO CHARGING $140 for an $86 ticket. Will never use you again for anything. And will let others know not to use you either.

I was OVER CHARGED more than double for the tickets. Transaction on Feb 7, 2026 for event March 12, 2026. I was charged $ 231.00 for each ticket, to be made available for download/print by March 10th. When tickets were available, the cost on tickets was $109.50.!! Service fee was $151.32!! Plus taxes $50.60. total $660+, should have been $250.00 total! A rip off. Don't buy from this site.
