Total disaster
Total disaster. I ordered a clock for £100, delivery driver had taken a picture of it at the front door whilst I was out. When I returned home less than 15 minutes later it wasn’t there. Bixed2me won’t respond to any emails (That’s you Steve Sheasby). I’ve asked )as they used Amazon for delivery) why wasn’t it rescheduled for the next day or left with one of the neighbours? No response.

Awesome service!
Awesome service. I ordered 3 items and unfortunately when the order was delivered the packaging had been damaged in transit and 1 item was missing. Sent an email to them straight away and they sent the missing item out the next day without any extra cost. The items were the cheapest price I had seen anywhere online and the orders only took a few days to arrive using the free delivery option. Will definitely shop here again!

Refusing to Honor the Displayed Warranty
I Purchased an 'On the Move' Powerbank in June 2020 from the eBay store, but struggled tracking the website down as they used to be called "ExProDirect.com".
To My disappointment, when searching for ExProDirect I was met with nothing but negative reviews. It's the same cowboys unfortunately.
My Powerbank failed after 20 months, but I had peace of mind that it had a 24 month warranty, afterall, that's what it depicted on the listing. I have spoken with the Customer Services team and they have advised me that this 'was eBay's error' and that it's not a 24month warranty. (They uploaded the picture to the site, not ebay!)
Further checks show this 2 Year Warranty applied to all of their products and visible on the pictures, but they still refuse to honour this.
This company LIES about their Warranty, and there's no support outside of eBay anymore. I can't be bothered with a Small Claims Court appeal, as the item was only £60.
I have only used the powerbank for around 10 hours in total, and it's failed. I understand products can fail, but the company should honor the displayed warranty.
I urge anyone else to shop elsewhere.
