Consumer Group, Which, have now issued warnings on their Scammers Advice about BountyNutrition & Nutranewera, two of the companies behind the Scam, carried out with support from Facebook, allowing and including falsely using celebrities to support the product backing of their Health Products, GlycoPlus etc.

This is my reply to my complaint-I ordered trial bottle-£9.95 postage only-now they want £49.95 a month plus £49.95 for trial bottle-I sent a screen shot of my order where it states “your cost £9.95”

When you place the order for Hemp Gummies you will receive one bottle with a monthly dose of gummies, but you will be charged only the 9.95 shipping price. After 12 days you will be charged 49.95 for the bottle you received, which is our member only price per bottle. For customers outside of our membership program, these bottles cost 89.95.
All of this information was present in the terms and conditions of your purchase in the advertisement you made your purchase through.“

I asked for a "free" sample of hear health tablets, post £10. 2 weeks later £49.95 was taken from my account. They told me I had signed up for a monthly subscription. I hadn't. They told me I could get a 35% refund and return the tablets I had bought. I'm trying to get my money back

1 star is too much, 12 days trial, it starts when you order, not from delivery, I cancelled within minutes of ordering, two days later I had email to say they been shipped out,if you return within 12 days you won't be charged, work it out ! by the time I will receive and return them it's going over 12 days, so I'll have to pay the full price plus £20 delivery charge ,if I wanted to try them I would definitely not have time to cancel in 12 days, scam or what?.

Doesn't even deserve the 1 star, as everyone else I've been scammed, I'm sure it's all in the small print but morally wrong on every level, trading standards will be looking into shutting this fraud of a company down, preying on the infirm, you horrible rats

Do not use this company. Ordered Blood Guard tablets which they said was on a 12 day trial then £49.99 after. Returned the tablets to the address on the label in the USA which cost me another £9.21. They said it was the wrong address and will not give me a refund. The return policy is not stated by them. It's cost me £30. Please avoid them.

The same experience as all the other customers paid £9.95 for free pills then hit by a 12day trail then £49.95taken from my account when I still hadn't received the product even though I had sent several emails cancelling. SCAMMERS

Trial starts when you order not when you receive how can you trial what you haven't got PLEASE do not order from this company they just take money from your bank account

This company is designed to extract your money through false and misleading advertising via Facebook. The 12 day trial is a SCAM, the product arrived, after my asking where it was 2 days before the amount of £49.95 was taken from my account. I disputed this 'trial' as this tactic is obviously done to not give anyone a trial in the correct sense of the word. After many emails of acute politeness on their behalf but not on mine I may add as I was furious and did not think they were taking my complaint seriously I received a refund of £24.99, this is after being told they cannot refund me more than £20 so someone in that company does not communicate very well! I have cancelled any subscription. I also contacted the bank to ensure no money has been taken. My bank said that they could not help with a full refund as I had agreed to a subscription however the advertising is very clever and not clear that one is entering into this contact until payment has been sent.
I informed this company I will be leaving a Trust Pilot review and also will be contacting Action Fraud as to their company practices. I may consider looking for advice from Trading Standers to ensure nobody else has this experience.

This company are scammers. A free trial resulted in them taking £49.95 from my card instead of just £9.95 postage. Avoid at all costs. I have reported them as scammers so don't be trapped by them.

My experience is the same as everyone else scam scam, paid the initial £9.95 for product that was cheap and nasty. Now for the 4th time over last six mths £49.95 has been taken from my account even tho I'd cancelled so call 'subscription' with emails acknowledging this the last one being 6th of March. Thinking of orderering?? My advice would be to anyone thinking of ordering DON'T

Absolute cowboys. Exactly as all the other reviews say they take a free trial deposit covering postage and don't send a product then charge £50.
I tried to cancel 3 hours after I ordered but was told it gad been shipped yet two weeks later they said it could take 12 days or more.
I have reported to the internet crime complaint centre and reported the scam to my bank and advise anyone else to do the same. Absolute disgrace scamming people who are desperate enough to try something to help their horrendous pain.

Paid £9.95 for the Bloodgaurd glycol control tablets, which haven't arrived. Then £49.95 disappears out of my bank account. Went on the website to search for my order and cancel the automatic subscription, but the order can't be found, even though i used the number given in the confirmation email! I really don't know why I'm mortified! I chose to ignore my spidey senses!

Everything everyone has said is correct. This is a complete scam. You think you are getting a free trial and just paying postage but in fact they then take £49.95 after 12 days. If you return it - and it must be unopened ( free trial !) you pay the postage to America- and no proof you would then get a refund anyway - don’t touch this company- how else can I report it ? - and they use Dr Michael Moseley in the advertising
