I wasn’t all that confident about placing an order online to buy liquor. I was interested in trying it though because a product was available I can’t purchase where I live. It wasn’t long before I was feeling much better about things. I placed an order online on a Sunday evening and received my delivery in less than a week. Everything was very well packed and arrived in perfect condition. Even with shipping and insurance the product was fairly priced. I am now confident enough about this that I will be placing more orders in the future.

Dodgy company. Do not buy from them. Purchased product 31st January. Still not delivered. Company will respond to email saying it is escalated and allow 48h but nothing comes of it. Will be submitting credit card refund request.

I was treated the same as Teri McDonald on same order. Luckily i used PayPal so will get a refund. Bottle buzz also called me and said they would fulfill the order if i removed the chargeback i opened with PayPal.

I ordered 2 bottles of Weller bourbon in January I have not received, called several times long on hold times I could not ever understand the person on the end other than they said are looking into it. Last call I asked for refund they said they can’t process a refund but will look into it on the back end. Do not use this company

Placed order 2-7. Have sent numerous emails as to order status. Receive automated message but no confirmation of shipping. Called and held for 10 min to get a person who could not be understood. They said order would ship that afternoon 2-21. NO CONFIRMATION YET. WILL NEVRR ORDER AGAIN FROM THIS COMPANY.

Been two weeks and the bottle hasn’t even shipped

$275 bottle arrived smashed. I submitted photos and requested a refund or replacement and, as I have seen on other reviews, they say “they are looking into it on the backend.” It has been a month since my request. Do not use!!

Update: it has now been six weeks and still nothing. DO NOT USE!

Ordered 4 bottles of Wellers and never received them. Sent emails to the company asking for an update and a tracking number. The responses i received back stated they were looking into it but they will not supply a tracking number and will not issue me a refund which is suspicious. I have opened a fraud case with my credit card company and have reported BottleBuzz to the Federal Trade Commission. Find another company to order from.

Placed an order for Blanton's bourbon. After three weeks of no update I emailed and they told me it would arrive on X date. They also could not give me a tracking number. X date comes and goes with the bourbon. Complete scam.

Online the pictures description is very detailed and accurate

I recently purchased a top shelf bottle of bourbon for a client who lives out of state. I ordered a bottle that came with a cigar and two glasses and I elected to have a custom box sent as well. The custom box was an additional $60 charge. Once it was delivered I contacted my client and asked if they liked it and they said that it was great, but they’re surprised it survived the shipping process because it was sent in a cardboard box wrapped in bubble wrap, and that it was packed like a three-year-old was in charge of shipping. I Received nothing but a hassle when I try to get a refund for the purchase of the gift box that they never received, asking me to provide pictures knowing it had already been opened. I should have read their reviews before I decided to purchase anything through them. They don’t offer anything that you can’t find elsewhere for equal or less money.

Easy to order and track deliver on time with lots of protective packaging and superb service

Very easy to order and very efficient delivery.

Spent $285+ on 5 bottles of burbon 11/15/24, a Christmas gift. After the shipper delivered to the wrong address, Bottlebuzz was notified on 11/25/24. The shipper reimbursed Bottlebuzz $300 on 12/10/24, in plenty of time to get them for Christmas, but as of 2/5/25 Bottlebuzz still has not made it right. Additionally, contacted them 12/8, 12/20, 1/12, 1/21 and 2/2 via email, besides with phone calls. Never received the promised call backs. Also, paid the $7.50 Insurify insurance on the order. They only have 1 customer service rep, "Jack," and one "manager," "Sandy," who did not call me back in the promised 24 hours. Then after 45 minutes on phone 2/5 at 11:15am, she never called back before they closed at 6pm. Absolutely unacceptable that they have received $585+ and no product has arrived.

Bottle Buzz took 8 days to ship my order. This was after initially receiving their message that it would be delivered within 5 days of the order. I called customer service twice and each time they gave me conflicting information telling me that it was shipped when UPS shipping information was to the contrary. This is the last time I will purchase anything from this company.

Avoid site at all costs. Dishonest worst customer service ever. Purchased a bottle of bourbon. They sent the wrong item after a month of phone calls and emails and no responses. Had to get a refund from credit card company. Tried to leave a review on the bottle buzz website, but if you try to leave any review less than a four, it will not accept it and gives you an error.

I continue to order hard to find Bourbon from Bottle Buzz and it is usually delivered by two weeks of the purchase date. Glad they provide this service, otherwise I would be like everyone else…….without.

There was some damage on my first shipment. The customer service department helped and got my replacement order processed and the new order came with no issues. I would highly recommend them.

VERY IMPRESSED and placing another order today! The bottle shipped on-time and was packaged extremely well, to protect! GREAT EXPERIENCE!
