Worst customer service for any botting service ever.
One of the worst customer services ever in any botting community ever. The owner just straight up insults you if you have a question how to set up there overly complicated botting platform. If he disagrees with you about any points you bring up, he just straight up bans you out of the discord. Can proof and verify this review easily with the discord screenshots. Only person that is somewhat reliable and customer friendly is AFKHUB. The owner needs to humble himself and reflect on how to treat its customers properly. I was going to give 1 star but AFKHUB somewhat saved it and makes it a 2 star.
Work on your empathy and customer service as an owner of a platform.

We strongly disagree with the claim that our platform is “overly complicated.”
Setup consists of entering your OSRS account details, optional proxy details, and selecting a script with its settings. That’s it. This process is completed daily by users without issue.
When someone struggles with a basic setup and chooses to escalate with hostility or accusations instead of using documentation or support properly, moderation action may follow. That is not a customer service failure—it’s enforcing community standards.
We welcome constructive questions and feedback. What we do not tolerate is misinformation, disrespect toward staff, or disruptive behavior.

He spent 20 minutes figuring out how to type his email. I am surprised he found this review page. He was sent a link with our documentation but he is too dumb to read it. He was staring at the screen like the retard he is.

I was banned. I have never had any botting software other than this product. It was well managed and not 24/7. This company sells a bunch of lies. It is DETECTABLE and I recommend you avoid this software.

Brought this bot about 2 months and my experience is exactly the same as the other people. honesty the bot works okay about 75 percent of the time and i haven't been banned there positives but the person on discord really hates his life..... he is the most rude condescending arrogant child i even spoken to so i still use it sometimes but i don't even bother trying to ask for help from the support team.

Im not speaking on exacts im just sharing my experience i never said anything bad about the bot it works awesome and somtimes bugs happen which is normal im more sharing my experience based on your reaction and how rude you were to me on discord when I was asking about the bot any why it was down at the time.

You purchased the AI NMZ script and AI Magic, both of which work as advertised with 99% accuracy. In your discord ticket you claimed you botted 99 range and strength. Claiming that it works only 75% of the time is defamatory. You bought the product in April - 25% of the bot not working is the equivalent of 500 hours of downtime from April up until today - something which never happened. Therefore you are LYING. If you do not adjust your review to reflect the actual performance, we will proceed to terminate your license key due to the harm caused to our business.
Regarding customer support, we offer excellent service. However, there are some users who struggle with basic computer usage, which can make it difficult for us to remain patient.
