I cannot stand sellers like this harvesting your data and emailing you constantly. They absolutely ruin online shopping and no matter if you leave all their boxes unticked they still harvest your data and intrude.

I was skeptical at first to be honest but I'm so glad I was wrong! The prices don't make you feel like you're being extorted. Their staff are a different kind of amazing. They rushed a prescription for me, even though my clinic was making it hard(my carer called them many times to chase them up )and then super power sent it out in the nick of time for me to have. I'd call that above and beyond. I don't even get that from my GP.

My carer has never been so impressed and neither have I. I usually have to wait days or sometimes to no avail, for a response from some places. Not them, they kept me updated and in the know every step.
They make communication via email quick and easy. I was anxious, as my carer usually handles calls(medical,housing etc) for me. So the fact they didn't have a number was worrying. But now we communicate in a way, that helps me have a sense of independence in managing my health care. Instead of my carer on the phone with me next to her. I'm writing an email with her next to me! I hope this level quality continues all around. Until next time...

I have been impressed with the service Botanical Health provides. In contrast to other pharmacies I’ve used, Caroline provides an excellent service in terms of communication, responding promptly to emails and keeping patients updated. The prices for medication are very reasonable too!

They keep you up to date via emails, keeping you informed from they receive notification of a prescription on its way, to it’s arrival with them and dispensing it via courier. Caroline is so helpful, she helped me resolve an issue I had waiting on a prescription from a clinic. You are also given a choice of tracked courier service which is reassuring. Your prescription comes very well packaged, no risk of damage during transit. Can’t recommend Caroline, Holly and their team highly enough. I use this dispensary for my daughter’s prescription.
I have been kept up to date on all the orders I have placed, I pay invoices for my daughter via a charity/trust. The pharmacy was so understanding and supportive and completed paperwork needed.
Delivery has always been on time and packaging has been very secure.

They check queries on the prescription immediately. Even give you a choice of courier, as different delivery firms are better in some locations than other
