Good quality grass seed, we ordered over the weekend and we received the item by Wednesday. The seed seems to grow well and fast in the rain.

The worst grass seed I’ve ever had. Didn’t grow at all. And they refused to acknowledge there was anything wrong with it. Seed from the pound shop was better.

If you need your products make sure you order 2 weeks in advance as I been waiting for seed for 8 days now and missed the best weather for seeding. They definitely dont do next day delivery and customer service never respond with a answer of what's happening.

Placed order on a Wednesday for next day delivery, first package came on Thursday the next on Friday and the last one and most importantly the grass seed promised on the Tuesday after phoning the company the other two being preseed.
Difficult to keep costumers confidence when badly let down by what is promised as next day delivery.

Attentive customer service and great quality seed, I went for the premium mix and the results have been incredible.

I bought a large box of wildflower seeds for an area dedicated to wildflowers.
Our professional gardener had removed all the grasses and weeds and carefully scarified the land.
The seeds were scattered with sand as per the company's suggestion and then protected from the birds in several different ways.
We eventually got a few poppies and a lot of white flowers that looked like cow parsley.
We got no other colour whatsoever !
Bethany in customer services palmed me off with an argument about disturbing old seeds in the soil.
It's not good enough.
Our gardener has been working in gardens for over thirty years.
The box of seeds were simply duds.
Instead of apologising and offering to replace them I was told we were at fault.
We had a spectacular display the previous year using seeds by another company and next year we will be returning to them.
We will never use LANDLIFE WILDFLOWERS or BOSTON SEEDS again (they have the same owners)

Bought wildflower seeds. What I got was weeds. Absolutely a waste of money. Would give minus 10 if I could.

I have used Lawnsmith seeds for many years without issue. This year I wanted to try something different, on one lawn I used Boston Seeds, on the other another suppliers. Both treated with the same fertiliser on almost identical soil. Both have had equal watering, yet the Boston Seeds grass has died back horrifically compared to my usual experience with Lawnsmith or when compared against the third seed providers quality. - I am unsure if Boston Seeds had a bad batch, or if it's usually this bad, but I wouldn't want to risk it again.

Seeds delivered quickly, prepared the soil, spread the seeds and covered with top soil, after 4 weeks it looked thick and very green, my garden looks amazing and cannot thank Boston seeds enough, proper happy 😀 😊

An initial picking error by BS had nearly a whole 20kg (unchecked) bag of the wrong seed strewn over 2 acres of heavily mole-damaged lawn. Moments after hearing a voice message advising me to send an email, I had Bethany call me.

Immediately accepting the error and agreeing to send a replacement, that bag was booked with the courier before I'd even got round to sending a photo of the label - evidencing the mistake - just a few minutes later.

Anyone can make an unconscious mistake, but how that's consciously - and conscientiously - fixed makes all the difference. Would I have been annoyed if I'd put 20kg of predominantly ryegrass onto a 'bowling green' lawn instead of finer varieties onto one-step-up-from a paddock? Well, obviously yes; but if I had such luxuriously fine lawns, I'd have been there to check when it went on; and that time would have been NEVER - the moles would not have been allowed such free-ranging to cause the damage!

I used Boston seeds based on their positive feedback from others. After renovating my lawn, I used their pre-seed fertiliser & their premier seeds.
The ordering & delivery process was spot on, & the results I got were outstanding. My lawn is a lush thick green carpet that everybody comments on.
I’ll 100% use Boston seeds in the future.

We purchased the economy grass seed as we had a large area to cover was unsure if it would grow on clay soil. We sowed it at the beginning of the spring heat wave and had to do a lot of watering, but after 4 weeks it was ready to cut, 6 weeks on it has had 3 cuts and everybody who visits cannot believe how green and thick it is. It is like an established lawn in a stately home. Thank you Boston seed your service was excellent. I wish I could attach pictures to show everyone

Ordered 250g of Wild Flower Seed for our customer this week Total cost £48 plus postage.
This tiny package does not cover 75m2

I paid for and ordered grass seeds3 weeks ago, they havnt arrived yet, maybe should pay them a visit.

Bought 4 x 10g packs of bee & butterfly and dual purpose 100% wildflowers.
They do not cover 3m2 you'll be very lucky to get 2m2 from them. I'd be conservative and say 1.5m2.
A bit of a con really and annoying considering the price + postage but I wanted to mix the 2 together for the size planter I have.
Let's see if they grow, but after reading some of the reviews, it seems I'll be lucky if they do.

Ordered some grass seed and followed the information provided by the team at Boston seeds who were brilliant with me and my lawn looks great. Would definitely recommend ☺️

Ordered fine lawn seeds with next business days delivery (as advertised on their website). Couple of days later I got an email about delayed postage. Received the seeds one week later. They were planted on the same day and the care instructions were followed to the letter. After three weeks, despite good weather and regular watering, none of them germinated. I sent the company an email with photos (proof of evidence) asking for a replacement or refund. No reply.

Great value for money on wildflower seeds and plugs and more than happy to prepare mixes to conservation specification if required. At Buglife we use them for large scale projects across the nation. Customer service is also excellent.

I’ve been buying seeds & bulbs from this company for 8 years. The variety of wild flower seeds is wonderful. I have a 1M x40M wildflower border along part of my garden. I wish I could post photos! It changes with the months & bees as well as other insects obviously enjoy it!
