overall the expierence with everything up to and during the procedure
was very good,it was after that has me feeling frustrated.went in for my check up to see how everything was and the office was closed..THEY FORGOT THEY SCHEDULED MY FOLLOW UP.after 45 minutes i was finally able to track down my salesman who after 30 minutes directed me to another location to have my stitches removed...although she was very nice,her telling me this was only her second time doing this...i was also wanting to make sure everything was good with the grafts but she had NO IDEA because she didnt work for bosely..after i had stitches removed i reached out to my salesman AGAIN and he indicated the office manager would contact me monday for me to come in and have my follow up,which of course they FORGOT ME AGAIN and by wednesday when i hadnt recieved a call i called them only to be told they were BOOKED UP and coludnt see me till the following wednesday.keep in mind i had taken the day off for my 1st visit to have stitches removed and now another half day off...in the literature they provide they talk about how important the follow up visit is but dont seem to feel the same after they have your money...only time will tell on the full expierence of this procedure.

The whole Bosley experience from the Dr and staff was great, would highly recommend anyone interested in hair replacement procedure to go with Bosley, had mine done at the Chicago location

the quality of their work is great. But they call you every month wanting you to get more hair moved it's too much and I have asked them not to call but they continue to today.

I felt welcome, and I felt rather special. It's kind of like how they treat you when you buy a new car. VIP for a day. Lots of smiles, lots of gracious attention. Beyond that, medically, everything was just as it should be--serious, in its own way, with knowledgeable but friendly people aware of the procedure's risks and possible complications. There was also a real sense of institutional memory and experience with this area of medicine.

Anyway, in my case, there were no complicating issues, and there was always somebody to address my concerns over the phone, as well as online. I took advantage of these and got through the early days after the procedure well enough. It's real surgery; your body knows it has been through something, and you need to do as they instruct you. I did, and everything was fine. Take some days off after the big day. Soon, a whole new you arrives in your mirror.

I returned to Bosley, as a past patient, the experience was smooth, timely and pleasant.
Dr. Cornwell was kind and concise yet again. If needed, I will return to Bosley again with my business in the future.

I elected to have a second procedure for the purpose of adding volume. All went excellently, as everyone involved performed up to my expectations.

My experience with Bosley so far has been just average. My initial appointment with the surgeon wasn't very specific regarding a plan, pre-procedure follow-up items were last minute, the actual procedure differed from what was discussed at my initial visit with the surgeon, and though the surgeon called and left me a message the day after my procedure, I thought the follow-up could have been much better, especially since I had some complications to discuss. I felt like I had to initiate discussions with the surgeon instead of him having a specific detailed plan on what exactly was going to be done and what to expect. Most of the staff were friendly though and made the procedure ok. I'm still experiencing pain and numbing after about 2 weeks. I had to remind the surgeon on my follow-up visit the date he actually did the procedure and what we talked about. I sort of feel like a number here. Not sure if I would recommend to a friend.

The Bosley Atlanta office gave excellent customer service. The entire staff was very caring and patient with me. They really made sure that I was comfortable and pain free. They explained everything thoroughly. I was very nervous about the procedure and had read some bad reviews but my experience was awesome. They have called me every week to check on my progress and make sure I was doing well. I definitely recommend going to the Bosley Atlanta office. I am looking forward to my follow up appointment. My advice is don't wait to do it. The recovery takes patience and vigilance with the medicines and shampoo. My incision looks great and my hair growth is amazing.

Awesome staff and very recommendable.

Had the FUT procedure done (January 2015) and was left with terrible scarring in the back of my head and absolutely dismal results in the recipient areas. I followed all the post-op recommendations/instructions to the letter and still, absolutely no difference that where I was a year ago but now I have pain in the back of my head from where they cut into my scalp and once again, terrible scarring. This was by far the worst mistake of my life and I do not recommend anyone to ever do the FUT procedure, especially with Bosley in Chevy Chase, MD.

The only up-side was that the nurses were very friendly and really helped me out during the procedure by giving lots of updates, explanations, etc. They are the only reason I didn't give a 1-star rating.

I was nervous a little bit the staff was understanding kind and professional.
The doctor was very good and i have some decent results a year later . i was very little hair left and. Now i have some its better for me personally. I should have a second transplant to make denisity.
If you feel better with more hair can afford it a about 9500$ for 2400 grafts for me .
Yes given u can afford and it makes u feel better do it is my thought.

The staff and experience were great but the results are poor.
I feel like I wasted my $11,000 and while I was told I needed a second treatment (which I can't afford) I also feel that the transplant I received doesn't have the "coverage" I expected.
If anyone asked me about Bosley I would counsel them to not expect the results they are hoping for.

I was anticipated two procedures. The first one went well but the hair behind my hairline didn't grow as I anticipated. The top front of my head had spotty growth like a lawn with bare spots. I was applying Rogaine foam as instructed but I did miss some days through the entire period. On my follow up I was told everything was ok and the hair was growing. Being unsatisfied, I sent pictures to Dennis Kelly but nothing was ever resolved. It's been just shy of two years now and I thought I would be ready to fix the spot in the back of my head. If they could fix this original problem I might be inclined to proceed with my second procedure.

I am grateful for my edges coming back but it's not thicker and have a few bald spots.

I went in with no hesitation but kept my expectations in check. I can say that my mild expectations were definitely surpassed. I recommend this to anyone but make sure that your expectations don't grow to expect a miracle and you will be very very happy. When you go, go for it all. Finance if you have to. I should have gone for it all and am now happily planning a second procedure but wish I would done more the first time.

When I had the procedure it was so much a graft /// around 2500 but I was told it was close to 3000 grafts ./// no way to tell //// several months went by and I went back for some more grafts they priced the grafts higher than quoted .// and more or less said if I did not like it there was the door //// in so many words /// They acted like and treated me like I was a number and they had made there quota for that month //// I have had numerous sales calls from Bosley them and I have told them the same story and have ask them to not call me again /// well that was a joke //// Very bad business very unethical business practice . I see minimal hair growth in the back center of head, the procedure was done in Feb, 2015. Bosley should fix this. Thanks.

If you are a good subject for transplants, Bosley is the way to go. I loved my results in my first procedure. I was a happy camper. The second procedure did not take well. So, my doctor advised me to quit the process. Due to no fault of the doctors or mine, we had to abandon the work. However, I highly recommend the work.

You will not be displeased! Nice doctor and nurses perform magic while relaxing and watching a few movies. Months later, you see results.
